I grew up in Fairfield, Connecticut, and as born and raised as a UConn Husky. Guys like Ray Allen and Rip Hamilton were my childhood heroes.

I ultimately attended Villanova University, and completely fell in love with the school. The final nail in my UConn coffin came when Villanova took down a heavily-favored Huskies team that was ranked #1 in the country in downtown Philly.

Following that season, myself and a few friends created the now defunct Villanova blog 'I Bleed Blue and White.' In March 2010, I was recruited by some colleagues at SB Nation to start The Nova Blog. It's been a great experience so far, and I love expanding my community each and every day!
