Born in the months following the golden summer of Italia '90, I should have known that football would soon take over my life.

Six years later, I discovered Sunderland AFC, and a battered and bruised relationship remains in tact to this day.

I am currently at the halfway point of a History and Politics degree at the University of Warwick, where I am actively involved in writing for various publications, as well as regularly testing the standard of various local ales.

At this point I'm at a crossroads in deciding what I wish to do with my life. One potential avenue down which I may venture is in the field of journalism, so I'm a keen scribe, producing regular pieces for the Roker Report blog.
