Lookout Landing BMO league

Since a few of you said that you were interesting in starting another one of these leagues, I created one. For Sec. 108, BMO is...basically like any baseball video game, except it's all simulations. You take control of a team, set their lineup, rotation, etc., and their finances which are split into three categories-Farm System, Scouting and Medical Staff. You get a budget, like in football, to base your expenses and stuff on. The game goes, I believe, up to a 1000 years into the future so there's really no cap on how long we can do it for. I plan on creating a forum for the league similar to the one we had before, but I hope to actually get 5 people-the minimum to start simulations-before I do so. The name has also changed, so the link to the site is now this. You'll need to search for the league, and it's password protected. League name is Lookout Landing and the password is yunisucks.

Despite the recent bout of horrible, horrible sports for Seattle, at least (most) of us can look foreward to tonight. For us on the West Coast, only about an hour and thirty minutes remain until the season premiere of my, Jeff's and a load of other people's favorite TV show, the long awaited, House M.D. I figured, hey why not have one tonight since it's the season premiere? I wonder what the writers have up their sleeve this time?

Xbox Live Connection Help.

I just bought the Xbox 360 Wireless adapter today to hook up to Xbox Live. When I run the Xbox Live connection test, the MTU test fails everytime. I called Xbox's support hotline, they told me to call Belkin (I'm hooked up to the Internet with a Belkin Wireless USB Utility which get the wireless network from a Actiontec "Wireless-Ready" Gateway), who couldn't help me with changing the MTU configuration. Belkin then told me to call the Xbox support hotline again, I told them the new information I found out (including the fact about the Actiontec Gateway) and they told me to call Actiontec. I did that and a recording told me to call Qwest (who's my Internet service provider). I called them and asked them how to change the MTU configuration on the Actiontec Gateway but the support technician couldn't help me. I'm now asking you guys, can anyone help me who has had this problem before? Thanks in advance.

Okay, I'll admit it. I came into the season thinking the Mariners would give the Angels a run for their money at the division crown. It was foolish of me to be so optimistic, especially with the horrible way (I knew and know even more now) that our team is run. But you can't blame me, right? I mean, other people were saying that too including a bunch of sportswriters. So now, I officially announce (well, maybe not actually officially) that the Mariners are dropping the chase! Good luck in beating the A's!

The time when the Mariners and Padres, AKA the Natural/Hated Rivals of Major League Baseball face off in their annual battle for supremacy! And it's even more special this year as it's a battle for sole possession of the worst record in the Major Leagues! Woohoo! Good luck and, uh, please sweep us so we can have the #1 overall pick in next year's draft and pick Stephen Strasburg! Thanks!
