I just switched my TV service to the new ( at least in Cleveland ) AT&T U-Verse and the basic package puts DTV and DishNetwork to shame.   ESPNU is also included in the basic package, which is nice because I remember having to buy it for a month (@ $13.99) to watch PSU - Northwestern two years ago.  You can also consolidate telephone/internet/TV service into one bill and save a few bucks.   The DVR lets you record 4 channels simultaneously.   Only drawback so far is that it is not available in all areas yet.  My dad lives 15 miles SW of Cleve. in the burbs and he can't get it.   I highly suggest that anyone that is dissatisfied with their TV service give it a try.  Oh Yeah-  no loss of service when a storm rolls through.
