Hi guys. Thanks for you support and comments last week.
(Click on photo to see it larger.)
Let´s go.
1 ST & 10. 2nd quarter.
Picture 1: Angerer in the line of scrimmage. Session also stands for a possible blitz. Powers is the third cornerback on the field.
Picture 2: At the beginning of the play Angerer going to blitz. Session go to the right side cover Chris Cooley.
Picture 3: The tight end cut out. Since the route of Santana Moss goes to the middle of the field. With Powers still covering the right side opens up a space in the field.
Picture 4: Session cover Cooley and Moss changing the direction of its route.
Picture 5: Moss receives and has an open field to gain more yards.
Pictures 6-7: Gain of thirteen yards to Moss. Tackle made by Bethea.

Inside the play: Ryan Diem VS KC Chiefs
(Click on photo to see it larger.)
The "Inside the play" of the week will not be on a play. It´s about one player: Ryan Diem. The right tackle has had a very bad performance in the last game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Let's see some moves.
Picture 1: Against Gilberry.
Picture 4: Against Hali again.
Picture 5: Hali getting the sack and fumble. The worst flaw in the game.
Picture 6: Against Dorsey. Forcing Manning to leave the pocket.
Picture 7: Another pressure from Hali (behind Diem).
Picture 8: Pollak and Diem lose their locks. Dorsey pressure on Manning.
Pictures 9/10: More pressure from Hali.

Inside the play: Freeney up the middle
(Click on photo to see it larger.)
Situation: 1 st & 10, 2nd Quarter, 1:10 to halftime. Ball on 49 DEN.
Clady dominated Freeney the entire game. There were few plays in that Orton was pressed. Consider an alternative found:
Picture 1: Bethea, Brackett and Townsend are in the line of scrimmage along with Freeney, Dawson, Foster and Mathis.
Picture 2: Bethea and Brackett go to blitz. Mathis goes to coverage, not pressing Orton. Freeney make a movement towards the interior of the offensive line.
Picture 3: Bethea is blocked by Graham. Freeney, Foster, Dawson and Brackett are blocked by the offensive line. Mathis looks Buckhalter.
Picture 4: Mathis made the cover in Buckhalter. Freeney is going through (C) Walton and goes to press Orton.
Pictures 5/6: Orton throws the ball. Incomplete pass.

Colts sign WR Blair White from Practice Squad; Reports that they Waive/Injured Ramon Humber
Colts signed WR Blair White from their practice squad.
The Colts only kept four receivers on the 53-man roster this year, so White answers the question "What will they do with Pierre Garcon and Anthony Gonzalez both out?" White will suit up as the No. 3 receiver against Denver this week. The undrafted rookie out of Michigan State closed out the preseason with seven catches for 132 yards against the Bengals.
Inside the play: The Eldridge Effect
(Click on photo to see it larger.)
Picture 1: 2 nd & goal on seven yard line. The play: run between LG and LT, with all players blocking the left.
Picture 2: Eldridge blocks the defensive end. Saturday blocks the defensive tackle. Richard and Johnson will block the players on second level.
Picture 3: Eldridge and Saturday make great blocks. Richard and Johnson rush to block the linebacker and safety.
Picture 4: Johnson blocks the defensive end now. Eldridge goes to block safety. Richard makes an excellent block on linebacker. D- Brown has room to reach the endzone.
Pictures 5/6: Donald Brown reaches the endzone.

We are going to the game with only three wide receivers?
That´s my plan: Bring White and cut Dawson. Active Hughes for game.
(New) Inside the play: Mathis, Freeney coverage
(Click on photo to see it larger.)
Hope you enjoy. I have done this on my blog since last year and brought to the SBN.
Picture 1: Defensive Formation: 5 DBs (Tryon, Bullitt, Bethea, Hayden e Powers_ line of scrimmage), 2 LBs (Brackett e Session) and 4 DLs (Freeney, Muir, Moala e Mathis_ standing). The defensive line is aligned almost completely on the left side.
Picture 2: Freeney and Mathis will not press Schaub. Both go back to cover the pass. Meanwhile Brackett goes in the blitz. Session covers the right side.
Picture 3: Brackett, Muir and Moala are responsible for pressuring Schaub. Freeney covers Daniels, Mathis is with Johnson, Powers with Jones and Tryon with Walker.
Picture 4: Daniels is now covered by Bullitt. Mathis and Freeney continues with Johnson in the middle and Powers covers Jones. Session looks at the running back from the right side.
Picture 5: Schaub throws for Jones.
Pictures: 6/7/8: Incomplete pass.
