I was born and raised in mid-city Los Angeles (in a USC neighborhood), but fell in love with the Bruins as an eight year-old in November of 1965. The "Gutty Little Bruins" were down to the hated ones 16-6 with my brother, sister, mother and father celebrating. Then, it happened. Four minutes later, UCLA had defeated the Trojans 20-16 and I was simtten. And its been a love affair that has lasted 44 years. Although I earned my undergraduate degree from Occidental College, I attended my dream school in Westwood for graduate school.

I am now living in Corona, CA (another USC area), but have raised my childern to bleed Blue & Gold
