The odd man out in that scenario is likely to be Jeff Garcia. I have very little confidence in Brad Johnson’s ability to lead the Cowboys to the Super Bowl if Tony Romo goes down with a season ending injury. I believe this to be the the single biggest threat to the Cowboys winning the NFC this season. However, given that Dallas is stacked on both sides of the ball, Jeff Garcia could, in my opinion, lead the Cowboys to the Super Bowl and win it. And, Garcia could take Bartel’s roster spot (if he even has one), thereby keeping Johnson on the roster. Jeff Garcia as an insurance policy……in your opinion, what is that worth?
