While it may sound silly,
I would love to hear the music in the background at Dolphin Stadium, especially this Sunday with the Jets, play the ending-song from "The Sopranos" by Journey, "Don't Stop Believing" I think this song is well-fitted for this team considering the fact that even fans joke around and get Coach Sparano's name mixed up with Tony Soprano. Every time I heard that song, I would think of the Sopranos but I must confess that when I hear it now, I hear it on Dolphin Stadium's loud speakers blaring for all of Miami, all of Florida to hear. I really want to hear this weekend. Anybody else?

on a Miami Herald Blog:
"I wonder if they kept Dotson for his potential as well as the worry that somebody would have picked him up making us unable to stash him on practice squad.
I'll say this again, players 46-61 on our roster are all practice squad players since we can only dress 45 on game day so to me all that really matters is our top 45."
I believe Dotson will end up on the practice Squad once we get in a few more players. Also, I was unaware of the rules - teams are allowed to only dress 45 players for a game? Whenever I check the injury reports, a lot of teams have sometimes one or two players out. That means players from 46-51 can't play? Someone please explain. Thank you.

The Practice Squad
"The difference between McCown and a practice-squad scrub is that only players with limited experience are eligible for the practice squad. And a youngster like Moore isn’t a candidate for the practice squad because he likely wouldn’t make it through waivers (see Tyler Thigpen, whom the Vikings tried to sneak through to the practice squad in 2007 before the Chiefs intervened), and because once on the practice squad the young quarterback could be signed to any team’s active roster (see Brian St. Pierre, who was snatched by the Ravens from the Steelers a couple of years ago)."
This was from ProFootballTalk.com I would like for someone (Matty?) with great knowledge of the practice squad to tell me this - does someone on Miami's practice squad (once it's set this year) HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER TEAM if the other team wants to sign him? Can he not choose to stay with Miami and be part of Parcell's rebuilding process? I'm familiar with terms but lack the knowledge of their application. This practice squad thing - you can have up to 8 players but they might not make it through waivers - do you have to go?
