Bulls Acquire Low Post Scorer - nice?
I've been analyzing this trade possibility for a while, Kirk Hinrich and Cedric Simmons for Zach Randolph. Zach has very close relations with Chicago and loves the culture. I see nothing but good out of this trade. I see our front line more versatile plus added verteran savy. This could allow us to take a year off a contract of Kirks' due to the acquisition of Zachs' contract. Another thing, we add a upgrade in a coveted position we have been lacking for a long time, and that's scoring in the post. Finally, we are not running a banking system - Jerry needs to quit being cheap and win a championship. Simply, Chicago Bulls has been getting embarrassed because of Reinsdorf obsession with being cheap. I mean the organization management can't be worried about exceeding the limit because it will happen again if Tyrus Thomas or another one of our players have a stand out year in 2009 - watch out. Sign Gordon, why, because the guy complements our franchise player. When Rose drives the ball whom do you think will be more beneficial in delivering - it has to be Gordon. The dude is argueably a better shooter than Redd on any given night being Redd is a premier shooter in the league, oh yeah, if he's not already a better shooter than him. After all, he deserves the money. We are building a promising team and his sixth man role is a necessity. It's no one that plays that role in the NBA that comes close to Gordons' status. Final notes, I got rid of Hinrich because he's a over paid backup. I wouldn't start him along side Rose because essentially you're getting a small back court all over again - take it from Charles Barkley the wise man. We don't need another midget back court. We need scoring despite gordons' size - he's capable. Hinrich just gives defense and passing the ball which we already have in Rose distributing and Thabo wingspan that has lock down ability which is better single handily from both indiviually. Gordon take the 60 million man, you're worth it.
PG: Rose, Thabo
SG: Hughes,Gordon
SF: Deng, Nocioni
PF: Zach, Tyrus
C: Joakim, Gooden, Gray

John Paxson has done a modest job in preparing optimism for the 2008-2009 season. Our leading scorer Ben Gordon is on his way out, frankly, due to discrimination on his height - inside joke, it's the truth though. We sign Deng whom deserves the lucrative contract but it wasn't dealt with legitimacy. We haven't moved our so-called point guard in Hinrich - don't know why. The way our GM is acting isn't right. He may be out before we get a low post scorer(preferably Center) to make the team complete. Makes me wonder, why wasn't Deandre Jordan on our radar during the second round. C'mon Paxson, just push the last rep - is it difficult? This guy over think too much.

Fan Perspective: Bulls keep it real.
Thabo is someone whom is better than Hughes at this stage of his career. Thabo has shown he's a team player that can defend effectively, might I add he shut Wade down in the playoffs. Far as Gordon, ship him for the simple fact his skill set only hurts the overall team, defense wins championships. Now sure we all know that Gordon can shoot with the best of them and Rose will obviously get assist in regard of Gordon. On the other hand, Thabo has shown his role as a scorer also a passer. After all, I just don't see the balance meeting far as offense and defense is concern when Gordon is in the game. It's almost like Gordon trade baskets at times with the opposition. I rather have Hinrich play behind Rose at the PG spot. Plus we all know that Derrick Rose is a pure point whom happens to score when it's a necessity, yes, necessity. He's something like a mini Lebron. Lastly, I recall Paul averaging 21 ppg last year and he's considered a point guard, and not a combo. Also, I'm not comparing the two either. Larry Hughes should be the sixth man I think, in thanks to the upcoming of Thabo and his readiness. Larry is mature enough to sit back and help bring the team together instead of crying over who is getting more minutes. Gooden showed he can provide us a low post scoring before he got injured. Now I don't know what to expect from him in this upcoming season. He might break out since his contract is expiring. Joakim Noah and Tyrus Thomas are both whom are made for Vinny system and both combined plays multiple positions(3,4, and5). I really think Hughes will be the factor of what the Bulls accomplish this season, being he's the most controversial player in the back court. Plus, we know how Hughes can get when he's mad, after all, we saw it with Cavs. And for once and all Paxson, trade Gordon for a legit Center because we will struggle at times running a fast pace offense. We will be force to play methodical and we struggled doing that last year with the raw skills of Tyrus on the block, so take that into account.
