DC Lineup and Salazar?
Click the link to get go to Craig Stouffer's projected lineup for the Chivas USA game. I agree pretty much with everything he said, which is uncommon for me.
Oh, and a future United defender may be in the mix.
DC United's Rebirth Predictions (Cont.)
- 2015- Pontuis loaned to Sunderland. Sits on bench the whole season. United move into Baltimore. Makes playoffs.
- 2016- Yallop becomes Union's coach. Jaime Moreno becomes head coach. Leads team to MLS Cup. Bill Hamid is the MLS Cup MVP
DC United's Rebirth Predictions
- 2010- Ben Olsen becomes United's interim head coach
- 2011- Sven Eriksson becomes head coach. Doesn't make playoffs. Gets fired. Kasper wonders why he hasn't been fired and mugged yet.
- 2012- Jaime Moreno retires. Frank Yallop becomes head coach. DC barely gets into playoffs.
- 2013- Announced plans to move United to Baltimore. United barely makes playoffs.
- 2014- Captain Chris Pontuis leads team to Eastern Conference Finals, but lose to the Revolution. Moreno begs to become head coach. Namoff is still injured from his concussion but refuses to retire. Still Baltimore bound.
Who I think should be United's DP:
- Antonio Floro Flores: Deadly Italian striker with a name that literally translates to Anthony Bloom Flowers.
- Michael Brown - Portsmouth F.C. is dying and Brown is gonna need a new home.
- Thierre Henry - I refuse to just let him go to NY
- Wayne Rooney - when you wish upon a star...
- Freddy Adu - His career could use a recharge.
DCU Questions Game 2
Well then. Yikes. Last saturday was certainly not what the DC United community had in mind, but one game does not make a season. We still have 29 games to go and DC has never done exceptionally well at Kansas City. Now that Head Coach Onalfo knows the defensive situation here is some questions United need to answer on Saturday during their home game against NE Revolution:

Later today D.C. United will face the Kansas City Wizards at 8:30 p.m. (EST) in Kansas City. United look to hit the ground running as they try to prove to the rest of the MLS that their glory days are not over. Head Coach Curt Onalfo will especially hope to win this one, since he was fired from the Wizards in the '09 season. Here are some key questions United and its fans should keep in mind for tonight:
