Fantastic Dez Bryant interview

1

Thank you to Rat-Pack and The Real Dirk Gently for bringing this to my attention. Dez has clearly embodied Jason Garrett's vision for the Dallas Cowboys as evidenced in the audio. A great listen for anyone.

Another reason to be glad we went with Ware.

Terron Armstead private workout scheduled with Cowboys

3

"New San Diego Chargers offensive line coach Joe D’Alessandris put Armstead through a workout that went on for about an hour. Armstead — who was among the top performers at his position in the 40-yard dash, vertical jump and broad jump at the NFL Scouting Combine — only participated in the position drills at the pro day. Armstead looked outstanding in the workouts, and now has some private workouts scheduled, including one with the Dallas Cowboys. Armstead has a very good chance of being one of the top 60 players selected in the draft." He is making his way up draft boards and could go mid-second. I'm a little skeptical of taking a player who rises after workouts instead of film, but I see a solid prospect in Armstead.

How 'bout them Cowboys!?

Ware thought about retiring in 2009

1

As he was carted off the field in the game against the Chargers Ware pondered having to give up football. We all know that didn't happen and he returned to help seal the deal against the then undefeated Saints. It's unnerving to think one of our franchise player's career could have been cut so short, both from the emotional effect and the thought of having to replace him. Here's to a long, healthy career and continued dominance by number 94.

Melvin Ingram v. Auburn He puts on a show. I'm starting to prefer him over DeCastro at this point - he just seems like he's going to be a special player to me. There are plenty of other potential starting guards or centers later in the draft.

If DeCastro is not available at 14 this is my guy. His athleticism is immediately obvious and he looks to be one of the top pass rushers available. Good by Almost Anthony.

Kurt Warner tells it like it is

6

Kurt Warner gives his two cents on whether it's a make or break year for Romo. Kurt believes he is a top ten QB and will be safe in Dallas for years. Then of course Jamie Dukes comes on later in the program questioning his leadership again, but I digress. He also weighs in on other QBs.

MTD on Bruce Carter's depth chart battle

They give him a 30% chance of beating Anthony Spencer, Sean Lee, Keith Brooking, or Bradie James for a starting job this season. By next year he should start somewhere in our LB core.

Dez Bryant Ready for Season

2

From CBS Sports, Dez is optimistic about the lockout situation. He's keeping in shape and is "very determined to stay healthy this season."
