Think about this.
The 49'ers seemingly enter the "Manning Contest" late, possibly hoping to either get Manning, or scaring Alex Smith to signing a contract (Which he probably should have signed, but he's doing what he thinks is best I guess, as well he should.)

Smith now goes to Check out Miami. To show he's not to be toyed with? Possibly as a real possibility.

Manning goes to Denver.

• hypothetical: Smith signs with the Dolphins. 49'ers have no legitimate starting qb.

at least until the draft.

I always thought Smith was good, regardless of how he's been tossed around. how great would the above scenario be. ( for the west).

Can we get another playoff scenario post? I've been using the playoff generator and there seem to be a few strange ways to sneak in, and also not make it. Because of this i'm unsure of who to root for, dallas or the giants? falcons falling? eagles failing? I'm betting we still have to win out, but is there even a chance of losing 1 game an still having the tiniest of chances? unlikely, but a post to help clear our hope up would help a ton!

So I just came onto sbnation, visit our rotb site like I always do, and on the side is an advertisement like there always is.

This specific advertisement was for some gym/fitness formula,  but on it had a NAKED woman and a nearly naked man, her knee was covering whatsawhosits.

I'm sorry, but I don't come to sbnation or rotb to see pornography.  I dont want to even see that fake crap. 

Now I dunno if the site reads my cookies and sees that I have workout sites/mens health bookmarked, or if it advertises off of the location im in, but if someone with more know how could put in a complaint about this, I would really appreciate it :/

Is there any possibility we end up with Chad Pennington?  He has been injured  in the last two years, but this guy is pretty solid when he plays.  Having a record accuracy rating doesn't hurt his name either.

I only ask because his name isn't coming up in any of our QB discussions, but I thought the dolphins only signed him for 1 more year, and that was last year.

Wouldn't mind having him on the roster.

Was interested to know if anyone has heard anything about his progress at all.   Simply interested because hes such a big guy!

Talking to some friends who played on the O line in high school, the shorter/ lower center of gravity they had, the more they loved the position, saying they could control the d line better.  

but obviously big men play it as well.

anyone know if hes developed as an NFL athlete?
