Xavier Silas future shooting Guard for the 76ers??

Found this link on SI:
Summary, the 76ers asked him not to sign overseas and come to training camp when it happens. It sounds like he agrees. While it gives hope that we are thinking young, have not decided Lou is our future 2 guard, I wonder why he was not drafted if he is so good. Any thoughts or opinions would be appreciated.

An article on minor league pitchers. Heard the advertisement for this on CSN Sport Night. I read the article and literally shouted when I got done reading the article. Stated that this pitcher, May and others is why the management finally decided to trade Drabek.

Howard Eskin, tonight on NBC10 stated that his inside sources the above. They seriously considered firing Jordan now but thought why bother. So, his inside source stated they will fire Jordan at end of year. They have labeled 4 new coach canidates for next year!

I read the following article that stated the above. Very nice article. Not so sure that he has burst through that wall yet but I hope it is true. I personally believe he would be much farther along IF we had a coach. Anyway, article after the jump! BTW, Jrue is my favorite 76er now.

Just watched Lidge walk the first batter, give up a very long homerun to make it a 1 run game. Still won but it took a very good defensive play by Howard and 2 relatively long balls to left field for outs.
Madson or Lidge for our Closer?

I remember reading all over the place that we need to replace Lidge with Madson. So, after the experiment, are the same fans standing behind their statement, still?? While, I am not thrilled with Lidge, I think I would prefer Lidge over Madson. Not only are the percentages better, I think the 9th inning pitching is better! Many of the runs scored against Lidge were either soft or bad fielding. Madson, the runs are no question about it (Home run and a walk stand out to me for example).
I would like to hear the fans that wanted Lidge gone their thoughts now about Lidge?
