Field Gulls Seahawks Expats Forum

I've heard a few comments here and there from folks who no longer live in the Pacific Northwest, and therefore cannot watch our Hawks each week on local TV.

I grew up listening to my dad complain about the East Coast bias, and never really gave it much credence. But now, seeing how rarely our games play in any other states than Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, I get it. Nobody sees us. I went to work on Monday, and none of my coworkers even KNEW that the Seahawks had laid a colossal butt whooping on the Jags. Boo!

I was planning on complaining for a while about how much it sucks to live in another team's market, but I think it'd be better to keep this short (ish) and open it up to ask other people about their experiences. I know my 40 minute drive home would be more enjoyable knowing other people were going through similar experiences. Care to share?

Field Gulls Defensive Coordinator?

After the Seahawk's defensive meltdown this year, it seems like someone is going to have to be held accountable. New head coach, new defensive coordinator? It looks like a number of Defensively minded head coachs may be getting canned this off-season: Wade Phillips, Romeo Crennel, Marvin Lewis, Rod Marinelli, Mike Singletary (if he doesn't get a head coaching job), etc. etc.

What do you all think? Who should we covet for a new defensive coordinator?
