As a major NFL fan as we all are I have a real interest in game tape and watching the dynamics of each play unfold. I was wondering if anyone knew who to contact or where to go to find NFL game tape, preferably Eagles, to watch and learn from. Anybody have any ideas?

Bleeding Green Nation Anybody Want Darren Sharper

Just wondering if you guys would like to take in Darren Sharper?

Saw this article on Pro Football Talk which is a great site

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/04/08/looking-for-possible-darren-sharper-suitors/

If anything at least he wont be taking Kolbs passes back the other way....Also he could provide leadership and exxperience to a young secondary that we draft hopefully.  Also with Dick Jauron now there maybe this would be a good fit?  Tell me what you guys think.  I miss McNabb :(   but so pumped about our furute...Go birds baby

Bleeding Green Nation MUST READ: McNabb has done more with less than anyone...EVER

HEY McNabb haters:  I hate you all.......The last idiots recent Fan post of the McNabb haters says 99.9% of Philly hate him...i guess Im the .01%

This Man carrrrriiieddd the city of Philadelphia with some of the worst recievers in the history of the NFL.  Back in Donovans prime when he could run or pass we were one of the most dangerous teams in the NFL.  You can not disagree with that.  We had a great defense back then during the regular season but they failed to cause 1 turnover in any of the NFC Championship games.  Not ONEEE turnover in ANY of the NFC Championship games.

Instead of drafting OCHO CINCO...Reggie Wayne....or even Panthers Steve Smith....who did the Eagles give McNabb....Freddie Mitchell.....and you guys hate McNabb?  wow  thats pathetic.

Lets go through some of these amazing recievers we gave Mcnabb during his prime to make him an elite Superbowl winning QB:

Na Brown....wow

Torrence Small.....wow

Frreddie Mitchell....wow

Todd Pinkston....wow

James Thrash....wow

Reggie Brown....wow

Greg Lewis....wow

feel free to add some dreadful recievers I may have left out

Donovan McNabb made the most AVG tight end in history a local legend in Chad lewis.

The system failed McNabb....

Reid failed McNabb....

The Front office failed McNabb....

Yes hes on his way down and yes hes not as good a passer as at least ten of the best NFL QB's today....but we wasted his prime (when he could run or pass)...01-05...with the worst talent around him that you could ever imagine,...who remembers Duce staley against the bucs in the playoffs dropping that gorgeous over the shoulder ball that McNabb threw....Annnd he protects the ball better than almost any QB in Historyyyy.. I believe hes 3rd .alllllllll timmmeee in TD to Int Ratio.....3rd allll timmmeee....wow so what he never won a superbowl and you hate him....do you know how lucky..inujry free..you have to be to win the Super Bowl...besides maybe trent Dilfer I cant think of a QB with less weapons than Mcnabb who actually won a Superbowl....be thankful that we have at least been competitive the last ten years you whinny bastards...

McNabb if you ever read this...Id rather lose with you ...then win with someone else just to piss off all your haters,,,your the man and you have carried this team for a decade...thank you DNABB  my boyyyyy

Bleeding Green Nation Andy Reid Coach of the year?

After some recent discussion at work.  I was wondering if Big Red should be considered for Coach of the year, if not, the down right favorite!!

To start the season he loses possibly the best defensive coordinator in the entire NFL.  Not to mention  Brian Dawkins.  Soon to be followed by the Stewart Bradley Injury.  He also dealt with the departure of both starting tackles with John Runyan and William Thomas.  Then he brings in a contraversial Micheal Vick and deals with the commotion around that situation.  The Andrews project turns out to be a complete failure.  McNabb and Westbrook miss time this year.  We lose Hobbs for the season and Hanson for four games.  Sticking with the H's Herramans misses a few games.  All and all we are 11-4 with a possible shot of a first round bye.  With that being said does Andy the chest bumping Reid deserve Coach of the Year?  If not, who eles will get some serious consideration.  p.s. I hate Sav Rocca!

Bleeding Green Nation RUN THE BALL EARLY

IF WE WANT TO WIN

WE MUST RUN EARLY AND OFTEN

MIX IT UP BETWEEN BUCK AND BWEST to keep the pressure of McNabb

You cant expect to drop back and pass to begin the game and not get into trouble early against this team.

If we have a nice couple gains early in the game this will keep the Giants D on their heels.  Making them less likely to just chase Donovan around.

RUN RUN RUN

I would love to see a healthy mix of
BWEST and BUCK and beat the GIants at there own game.

ANYBODY AGREE?  run early?

Bleeding Green Nation Akers, LJ smith need to Go...Need a fullback

We cannot run the ball unless it is misdirection, we have no true running game outside the single back formation. Desean Jackson is good and he will be fine.  As bad as his mistakes were he did not lose us this game..Bad playcalling in the red zone and missed oppertunities killed us.

Defense is absolutley amazing by the way....you cant ask them to do much more

LJ smith needs to leave and more importantly we have got to address TE..Celek isnt doing it....sorry all you Celek lovers but hes bad.....cant block cant get open...Bad Combo...

Also Akers is GOOD under 30 yards...

Horrible past 40......

Im hurting!

for certain
