After missing out on Azu, I'm not sure there are a lot of great options unless they can pull off a trade. I still hope they are able to resign Shaun Livingston because of his defense, size and versatility. Checking out the LA times story about Sasha Vujacic that has him potentially following Childress' lead into Europe, I thought he would be a pretty good fit for Clips. Not sure if the Lakers would let him go to the Clips, but he's a real good defender and has a very nice 3 point shot. Could this be what Ramona Shelburne's waiting to announce?

Turiaf is officially a Warrior

Good news for Clippers fans, the Lakers did not match the offer sheet to Turiaf, officially making him a Warrior, and making it less likely that the warriors will match the Clips offer sheet to Buike. They've got too many forwards with the addition of Turiaf and Maggette, I doubt they'll be matching now. We took BD, they took Maggette, we signed Buike, and for some reason I gotta feeling they'll be going for Livingston next.

Okafor, Smith, Iggy, or..... Deng?

Mark Stein has a good article on what the Clips are thinking. I'm surprised to hear Deng's name mentioned, but it sounds like an intriguing idea. I still favor Okafor, because I think he replaces Brand's defense, rebounding and shot blocking pretty well, just not his offensive production. I think with Davis, Gordon, Kaman, and Thornton, we have less of a worry for offensive production at the four.
