Justin Gage fractured several bones in his back when he landed after going up to make that leaping catch. He stayed in the game, too...must be one tough guy. Hopefully he'll be back before long; he's really stepped his game up as of late. Does anyone have any idea if this type of injury is season-ending? The article says that there's no danger of a spinal injury, and he's able to move his hands and feet with no problem.

We all know that it's pointless to judge a draft the day after, yet the "experts" do so, as Pete Prisco writes, because fans love to read them:

Titans

best pick: Lavelle Hawkins. He knows how to get open.

Yeah, he was so open that he caught 7 passes for 68 yards.

most questionable pick: Chris Johnson. The Titans had more pressing needs.

Enough said. But take a look at these:

Ravens

Questionable move: Trading up to get quarterback Joe Flacco. They probably could have stayed at 26 and still landed him. Plus, Brian Brohm and Chad Henne were better options.

Overall grade: C. They reached for Flacco and I didn't really like the pick of Ray Rice in the second round.

Falcons

Questionable move: Taking Matt Ryan third overall. If Dorsey goes on to be a star and Ryan isn't the franchise passer they expect, look out.

Overall grade: B. I wouldn't have selected Ryan third overall, but they needed a passer. I get it. The rest of the draft was very good.

It's like picking stocks by having monkeys throw darts.
