Been a fan since 1979....Dad took me to an A's game and saw Rickey in late September that year. Funny thing was my dad is a Giant's fan, but took me to an A's game because we lived in Hayward and he didn't like Candlestick. So from that moment forward the rivalry began. Now 30 years later, it lives on! Go A's

I think Johnny Damon would be a good DH platoon OF option for next year. What about Bad Vlad? Does he have anything left? Also I would like to see us grab a reliever or two now that Wuertz is gone. Finally, does anyone think that Andrew Bailey is going to be our closer next year?
