A Clean Sweep at WR for Clemson: 2014 NFL Draft All Potential Team

+

Watkins, Bryant and Peake are pretty talented as we know. Does their raw athletic potential get enough press?

Jake Stoneburner's NFL Potential

+

If not for the bowl ban the Buckeyes might have been playing for the national title. That type of "potential" is also what some NFL dratniks are saying TE Jake Stoneburner brings to the table. He is not a finished product but by purely athletic standards he near the top of this year's class. He makes the Second Team All Potential Squad here.

Justin Pugh should represent the 'Cuse well in the Pros!

Justin Pugh has gotten a lot of love, particualry from ESPN's Todd McShay and the NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah and Mike Mayock. He appears to be catching on. He makes the Second Team All Potential squad as a guard on this nyjetsdraft.com, but has the versatility to play tackle. He would be a top 30 pick as a LT if his arms were just a little longer. Either way he has a bright future. Along with Nassib, Shamarko Thomas, and Lemon and Sales (not to mention Marrone and half his 'Cuse staff) this could be a SU-NFL Renaissance year.

Christine Michael gets some Love!

We know he was in Coach Sumlin's doghouse, but it's clear some people think he could become the top dog of an NFL backfield. He makes Second Team All Potential for his size, speed and burst.

Shamarko Thomas makes the list --> 2013 NFL Draft Stock Update

Yes the Cuse is 1-3, but despite the sluggish and at times ugly start, many believe the program is at least in the right direction. One way to measure the health of a program is by evaluating talent level, and one way to gauge talent level is by its NFL prospects. CUSE's Shamarko Thomas makes the list as a top value/sleeper pick. Interesting article and by no means an elixir to the team's woes, but nonetheless encouraging to some degree.
