stevend @ saintsreport.com is claiming that the handwritten document that was released by the NFL still contains the different layers that were apparantly used to doctor the image. I'm in full tin foil hat mode... go check it out.

I can't stand reading about the lockout anymore... let's see whats happening in the office league.
From Monday Morning QB, Peter King has this to say about the Saints: "6. New Orleans (8-3). This is going to be a very good week if you're a fan of the Saints. Trust me on that one." Anybody got a clue to what he is talking about? I think its a hint that Drew Brees is going to be named the SI Sportsman of the Year. Supposedly Brees has been meeting with SI writers a lot over the past two weeks (an unnamed Saints beat writer doing a lot of book signings tipped me off to that). So hopefully the info/hint is true, cause everybody here knows how deserving Drew is. -from cnnsi.com
I read his picks almost every week, and i have never seen him predict a team to put up 50pts. -from cnnsi.com

LSU's best and brightest scientists are working hard to bring us a fall crawfish season. The only thing that could make tailgating at the dome more fun (other than actual room for tailgating). -from Houma Today
He had this to say about the Saints: "2. I think I won't pay any attention to the annoying chatter out there about the Saints fighting through a Super Bowl hangover. I've read that the Saints have had some off-season distractions and need to fill some holes on their roster. Every team in the NFL has distractions of some kind during the off-season, so I'm not buying it. I think the NFC South is the toughest division in football and there isn't a player or coach in our locker room who thinks the Saints won't be what they always are twice a year every year -- well-prepared, physical and ready to play." -From cnnsi.com Ryan seems like the worst kind of opponent; intelligent, motivated, and eager. If he wasn't a dirty bird, I would have liked his article.
"I'm not trying to play doctor, but I don't think he'll miss any games due to this injury," Fox said. -from espn.com
