Chip Kelly completely put Oregon where we've all dreamed they would be. People say Mike Bellotti was a primer in the Oregon program, but I never saw him getting to the next level. Without Chip, who knows where we'd be right now. I can assure you that we wouldn't be sad over a BCS National Title Game loss or even a Rose Bowl loss.

Chip Kelly is exactly what Oregon needed to get to the next level and he's done that rapidly. Is two seasons quick enough for you?

I know we're all disappointed about what took place on January 10th, but in the wake of frustration, sadness, sorrow, and general craziness,  be thankful of what the great Chip Kelly has done and has yet to do and WILL do.

The ducks have reached big time and I don't see them leaving anytime soon. With better recruits, more ideas for plays, and more experience with DT... Oregon is looking incredible.

I know it's a while duck fans, but for the next 235 days remember how privileged we are to have one of the best coaches in college football.

It's a nice day here in Eugene, however the budgets cuts in Eugene schools has created a day off for me. 

First, I'll pick the Jersey Contest games. 

Michigan vs. Michigan State

I think Michigan State will still be excited about their victory over the Badgers. Denard Robinson struggles a little bit, but Michigan rolls. BONUS: LMJ takes the lead in the Heisman race.

LSU vs. Florida 

I think LSU is the real deal. Florida got spanked by 'Bama, I expect them to be frustrated, but it isn't enough for Jordan Jefferson & the tigers. Brantley throws 2 INTs.

Arizona State vs. Washington 

Washington is stoked about the last-minute win over USC. Arizona State smashes them. Locker has another crappy game. Vontaze Burfict makes his presence known. He only fakes 2 injuries this game.

Oregon State vs. Arizona 

I want to pick OSU in this one, just because I think that they have talent on both sides of the ball. If they want to win it, their defense has to show up and pick apart Nick Foles. The tiebreaker in this one is that OSU is playing in 'Zona. Arizona wins by 10.

USC at Stanford

Stanford rolls. USC has not looked good all year, and i'm just waiting for the train to derail. Matt Barkley doesn't have a good game.

Florida State vs. Miami (FL) 

Jermaine Thomas has a breakout game, puts up 150 on Miami. I just see an upset happening.

FSU by 3.

Arkansas vs. Texas A&M 

I think that this game can easily be close. As good as Arkansas looked against Alabama, mistakes shot them in the foot. It will be exciting to see if Arkansas can refrain from making some mistakes. Because if they make a couple, I see Texas A&M winning.

Auburn vs. Kentucky

Mike Hartline is the x-factor in this game. If he drops 300+ on Auburn like he did with 'Ole Miss, then Kentucky has a shot. If not, Kentucky is gonna be 0-3 in the SEC. Hopefully Auburn isn't looking to a big matchup with Arkansas. This one might be exciting.

Alabama vs. South Carolina 

As duck fans, we hope that South Carolina slays Alabama. I don't see Alabama Losing...

Clemson vs. North Carolina

Two teams that will probably play in a bowl, battling eachother. Clemson, who has lost to the #16 team two weeks in a row, and North Carolina who went 0-2 early, but has now bounced back to 2-2.

I see Clemson taking this one.

Hi, I don't know how to work this fanpost/shot/extremely complicated website. So, i'll try my best.

I don't know how to do these shnazzy little dots, so let me just attempt at writing paragraphs and spacing.

1. Darron Thomas was oh so consistent today. And even though I get a hardon every time he passes by, I do believe that he was better at QB today than Costa. He rolled out of the pocket A LOT better than him, his passes weren't as squirly, He even hit an old guy in a golf cart. THAT IS PRECISION.

2. Lache Seastrunk is a stud. Upon getting laid out like three times today, he still managed to squeeze out some phenom runs. He is as tough as nails, and I am excited to see what happens with him in the next four years. His day was definitely highlighted with a NASTY immediate cutback upon taking the handoff from Costa.

3. Do NOT try to sneak up on tight ends! Today, Javes Lewis thought he had the simple tackle, so he sneaks up on the tight end, and then pursues him. He doesn't realize that Brandon Williams stops and he gets LAID OUT. Case and point, don't mess with our tight ends. They will jack you up.

4. When trying to get a sneak-peek of the NEW Autzen stadium, walk in like you own the place. That's what qrsouther, axemen23, and I did today. We reaped what we sowed with these babies:

5. The duck store has really good deals right now. I suggest you get out there in the next week or so before their cheap items are gone. 

6. The Oregon Ducks' football team are NOT singers or rappers. Especially when it comes to 'Whatever you like' by T.I.

Alright.. So trying to pull something out of that game last night will be difficult. But could we make it a positive? We'll see.

1. We played a better team than us; Obviously.. Them being #14 and us being #16 at the time. 

2. Boise State has a cakewalk to the end of their season.. Naming a few: San Jose State, Louisiana Tech, Utah State.

3. We have a tough schedule.. But the games that ARE tough are at home. Utah, Cal, Usc, OSU..

Do you think that we can have a chance at a BCS bowl with the remainder of our season say we lose just one more game? I think we do. Beating those teams would be MAJOR. 

Bonus Question: Do you think we'll be ranked in the AP or the Coaches Poll next week?

I'm wanting to know what actually lost us the boise state game..

and a sidenote; Does LaGarrette Blount deserve to get kicked off the team? he was retaliating to a boise state player's taunt.. I think he just went off after the horrific game he played.. He ran for absolutely no yardage. What are we gonna do this season without LaGarrette Blount and possibly without T.J. Ward? oh my...
