Enjoy the great Mayweather training for his upcoming fight out of retirement.    THE SPEED gentlemen... the SPEED... incredible.. even with lack of visibility.  Good technique at the end there sitting on the cross, really put his weight into it :) Again... I cant stress the speed, this guy would run through the lightweight UFC division.

Not sure if this was posted before, but I found this video pretty hilarious.  Also, its a nice change from Baroni just acting like a cocky douchebag.  Too bad he couldn't succeed in the UFC, he would have been great on a TUF.  Hell... on any show, this guy needs to get his own reality TV show about making it back to the UFC, if its anything like this clip i would watch it for sure.

First Fanpost ever so be gentle.  Found this little gem, might have been posted before.  In my personal opinion this video teaches all the techniques and tips that Bas Rutten's epic self-defense videos miss out on.  I think we here at BE can all take a lesson.  Personally from this video I will take away that scratching a man's cornea is the most humane thing I can do.
