Hello fellow pride members haven't been around at all lately but got some time so i figured id chime in with my draft thoughts .

Rd 1- Jenkins CB - BPA yes kid can play ball that was never the question, if he stayed at UF hes a top 10 pick , also unlike previous years I think Mayhew will be forced to make a move in the secondary we need to stop getting burnt

Rd 2 Mike Adams OT - I see him falling come draft day more so than others might

Rd 3 Phillip Blake C - We need to start grooming a center im not the only one on this boat , plus Blake seems like he has the potential to be pretty good

Rd 4 - Chase Minnifield CB - he has seen his stock plummet was once thought to be as good as his team mate Ras-I-Dowling who went in the first round last year to the Pats . This kids dad was a very good DB for the Browns so he has it in his DNA just needs some coaching

RD 5 - Robert Turbin RB - one of the picks i would love to see this year, this kid is built thick , has decent speed, and can catch . Also has plenty of power we need a back like him who can take hits and keep churning

Rd 7 Blake Dechristopher OT - I have seen this kid play since High School he made our Medicore backs look like 5 star recruits , I also saw him play when I went to watch games at VA Tech I feel he also made the RB's there look better than they are . He should be are starting RG day 1 next year, kid is a mauler and could turn are right side to our strong side . Plus 62 was my # back in the day so im getting his jersey if he comes to the D

Rd 7 Kellen Moore QB - The more I watch the kid the more i think Drew Brees

hello lion  brethren hope everyones doing well havent been on in a while, i can get my lions fix  watching them but during the offseason i need sum lions news to get me off lol . I am going to do a  basic  mock of the first three rnds but this mock will revolve around a trade

we trade our first found pick for the seahawks 1st rounder and 3rd rounder  and we give them bryant johnson

so  i would like it to  go something like this

1. Pouncey - Dom is Done in the D time to get some push in the middle , the only thing this guy could push on is some poor waitress in a resturant

2. Martez Wilson -  good in the middle or on the outside lets see who wins the job Levy or Wilson

3. Our 3rd- Casey Matthews LB problem solved for next few seasons if we pick up these two guys

3. Seahawks 3rd - Davon House  CB Kids a baller kinda like the Webb kid from Baltimore plus  We need the coaches to pick a diamond in the rough and polish it up, see Corteland Finegan , besides getting beat up by Andre the Giant

It's been quiet for a little while now no major moves have been as of late , we have seen flurry of moves this offseason and the general consensus is that we made good moves the place most of us feel we are most improved is d-line ,  unlike last year we have good depth instead of  hunter and  hill playing 3 downs they can come in and play fewer snaps but be fresher when they are in

another guy i want in the 7th is Trevard lindley was once projected to go in the first round but looked bad in the senior bowl i say coach him up the talent is clearly there

Okay so we traded up for Best didn't  see that one coming ,we could have traded up earlier for Wilson or Matthews,  but since he is on our team i wish him the Best, I hope he is the next Barry, we need that home run threat that guy no one can catch I thought Brown might have some of that speed but he proved me wrong when he got caught from behind on that return

With all this attention on hargrove to detroit I figured i throw out a idea that no one else has said yet his tender is a 3rd round pick so we trade our 1st rounder for the saints 1st nd 2nd and we also get hargrove  to go a little further with out 1st pick we take wilson if hes there and also i think Mays may fall we snatch him up with our 1st second round pick i like the idea of Delmas, Mays both being deep with Pacman and Wilson  starting CB's yes i said it get Pacman like people have said 1 year with incentives i think its a good idea GO LIONS

Do we go ahead and make the d-line a non issue by drafting one of the DT's at 2 or do we address  another major issue we have the O- line I say we take Okung with the second pick maybe another space eater in the mid rounds like the guy out of east carolina    johnson

4th rd - Marty Gilyard  solid slot receiver may be our no 2 guy

5th rd -Legarret  Blount get someone to pound the rock

6th rd - Dominique Harris   SS from temple been solid since his sophmore year

With the combine officially over the draft image is clearing a little, as long as Bradford or Clausen does well on there pro days the rams will choose one of them leaving us with the choice between the 2 beast DT's hopefully

1st round - Suh, he  is the better pick , stronger and more explosive

2nd round- Kyle Wilson, If and only if Iupati is off the board

3rd round-Demitryus Thomas, with his injury he may fall to us here, if hes gone then Toby gerhart 

4th round- Darell Stuckey , finally a competent SS i am so fuckin tired of manuel cut him

5th round- Ciron Black - with his bad combine his stock has really dropped  i remeber him being a first round talent last year he is a mauler move him to LG

5th round - Trevard Lindley ,we need more corners and it looks like a no go with Cromatrie

7th round - Zoltan Mesko , Nick harris is a bum cut him he never pins an opponent deep plus Mesko put up

I like the thought of getting this guy in the 3rd round he is the home run threat we need, could come in and make an impact in the running game, receiving, and in the return game ... put up 20 reps at the combine so much power in a small punch   5'9 172

Hello Pod been reading this blog for a little while now  finally decided to join, been a lions fan my whole life still got some hope for em . Been getting bored of reading all the mocks so I decided to do one myself ... first one ever

1st round - Trade our pick for Seattle's two first rounders they wanted to move up to get Clausen

We now have the 6th and 14th pick in the first round, with the 6th we take Joe Haden CB  and with the 14th we take Brian Bulaga LT . talk about killing two birds with one stone there hasn't been a good corner in Det in years also we get a great linemen in Bulaga

2nd round- Brandon Graham DE, great value at 34

3rd round- Jon Asamoah G

4th round - Jordan Shipley WR Really impressed me in the championship game would be a great slot receiver his first year

5th round - LeGarrette Blount RB hopefully he will be our version of brandon jacobs , at least no one will talk smack when hes on the field to scared to get KO'ed

6th round- Vince Oghobaase DT hope he falls to us here

I think we have two second round picks if thats the case if either Trevard Lindley or Ras Dowling is still there i say we make the pick Schwartz is good a picking diamonds in the rough i.e Cortland Finnegan , we need help in the secondary and either of these guys would gives us good youthful depth
