Need a little help and I'm sure someone here already knows the answer...  Am having a discussion with someone and they said that it takes 3 universities to veto a conference expansion.  Or, three schools can block a team entering the conference.  I thought it was only one if the veto came from a founding member of the conference??  Here's a link to the SEC Bylaws, but it doesn't reference any "expansion" language...

Any help would be appreciated and thanks for your time!

Just wanted to give everyone a quick update on status...  I'm currently residing in the North Alabama area, the F5 tornado that went through our area was about 3/8's of a mile north of our place!  Kinda hairy there for awhile, all I can say...  Our bodies and abode are fine, just some nit-noid damage.  However, a lot of folks weren't so lucky!  And that's the real reason for the FanPost.

First, has anyone heard anything from "bluegrassgal" in the past couple of days??  I haven't had time to read all the posts, first time I've been on the 'Net since the storm rolled through...  I know she's in my area, was just wondering if she's OK??  Any info would be appreciated!

Secondly, whatever donations that you can send down to this area would be greatly appreciated!  Basic items; manual can openers (believe that or not), infant clothes, diapers, socks, undergarments (men & women), water, batteries, this list goes on...  This link (from one of the local TV channels) will give you an idea of how to get started...  Anything you can you do would be greatly appreciated!

Miss reading all the posts, will have to catch up once we get internet back at the house...  Just got power back yesterday and the wife and I are 100% more fortunate than many others in the area!

I know I'm late to the dance on this subject but it's tough for me to post from work.  I can read the blog, but not "talk", as it were.  Since there are already 4 FP's on this subject, it's obvious it's near and dear to all our hearts!!  I've set a up a poll, since we're all so opinionated (said with a smile), with various options.  Cast a vote, will be interesting to see what everyone thinks...

   And why would I make such a statement??  I just witnessed some plain ol' biased reporting, that's why!  After the spanking we gave the Razorbacks today, I've been in pretty good spirits!  And I'm sure that most who dally here feel the same way...  We saw an absolutely lights-out first half by our beloved Cats, and while they didn't blow Arkansas out of the gym in the second half, they at least kept their foot on the pedal enough not to let them back in the game.  So again, what's to complain about??

Adding filler here to get to the 75-word limit...  How many folks caught the Texas vs Iowa game last night?  Tejas looked pretty good, and strangely familiar, if you get my drift...  Ran the floor well, good lookin' big man, good mix of classes on the squad...  Possible Final Four matchup of UK & Texas??  Certainly would be a heckuva ball game...
