Sorry no link or anything but there is a story on yahoo from one of their writers about swapping Kolb for Shaun Rogers...I wanted to see what Eagles Nation thought about this move. In my opinion I think it would be a great trade because it upgrades our undersized Defensive Line and adds another Pro Bowl Tackle to the mix. If we make this trade and sign Peppers this would put us in the top 4 in this guys opinion regardless of what we do in the draft. That is pretty strong praise. It would give Mcnabb one more year to prove his worth and we could keep Vick as a backup and draft a QB this year for the future. Just wanted to know your guys opinion on this trade if it were to happen. I would be ecstatic if it happened. A defensive line with Cole,Rogers,Bunk,Peppers sounds pretty damn sweet to me!!!

According to Big Red after the game Maclin suffered a torn Planter Fascitis...Andy said it was a 1-2 week injury but I'm not sure about that timeframe...Danny Granger (Indiana Pacers) has the same injury and he is out 4-6 weeks...I know it is a different sport but it still seems like a significant injury...The offense looked great tonight without J-Mac but he will truly be missed if he is out for a long period of time...I can't imagine if the kid played against the Giants with the way Desean was playing...The big play threat of Maclin will be greatly missed and the kid is gonna be a monster...hopefully he has no setbacks and can come back for the playoffs...If anyone has any info on this injury please respond...Sorry If I didn't post right but I don't post often...Big win tonight!!!

Aaron Wilson, of the National Football Post, reports several teams contacted the Philadelphia Eagles about trading for WR Hank Baskett, who was released Tuesday, Sept. 15. The Tennessee Titans, Chicago Bears, St. Louis Rams, Baltimore Ravens, Cleveland Browns, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Kansas City Chiefs were some of the teams that had shown interest in Baskett, according to a league source.
