If he's already better than Iuapati, Amini should definitely be the pick at 30. He would be a great value pick!

What do you guys think of their Mock draft.

I love the picks they have the Niners taking rounds 1-3. After yesterdays signing of Ahmad Brooks, and the FO's willingness to resign the core of the defensive players, this mock draft has the Niners taking offensive skill players in the first 3 rounds. The 3rd round pick of Robert Turbin could be the steal of the draft! If Polk isnt available when they pick than getting a rb like Turbin would be a home run IMO. And they also have them taking Ronnie Hillman in the 5th round.

The 49ers part in the vid comes up in the 5:00 minute mark, but the whole vid is worth the watch about all 4 teams, especially the part about the Giants when he shows their numbers from the regular season, and how similar their run in the 2007 post season to this years run.

@ the 1:50 mark. The question Pam Oliver asked Justin Smith. Justin Smith is so clutch. Love that this guy is on the team!

Kerry Byrne of Football facts put this video together talking about how the 49er's are the most efficient team in the NFL on offense and defense. He goes through his formula (if you want to call it that) in his video of how he comes up with his numbers

From Cam Inmans Practice notes today
Coach Jim Harbaugh gave the same shirt —short-sleeve with a personalized name patch —out to his 2008 Stanford team. I’ve writen more on the blue-shirt boutique in a story that runs Saturday or Sunday.

Crabtree tweeted out a pic the other day about a blue collar work shirt. Now I know where he got it from. Don't know if these tactics Harbaugh brings from Stanford to the pros will work, but it was important enough for Crabtree to tweet it out (when he actually tries to tweet)

Alex Smith "A Diamond in the rough"

As (Jazz GM Kevin) O’Connor told (Knicks president Donnie) Walsh approximately an hour before the game and would later repeat in an interview with NBA Confidential, he targeted the Nets’ and Knicks’ assets and decided to play the waiting game. Somebody would lose in the Anthony sweepstakes, and that team would immediately hear from O’Connor to discuss a marvelous Plan B…. While Walsh is certainly thrilled to land Anthony, he admitted the notion of landing Williams would have been appealing had he known he was on the market. Asked if things might have turned out differently if he was privy to that information, Walsh said with a shrug when asked by NBA Confidential, "it might have."

Everything about Crabtree reminds of the GOAT Jerry Rice (except for the holdout)

He likes to dress nice, likes to be alone before games, didnt do much talking, and has a great work ethic, it reminds me of Jerry. Hopefully he can do 3/4 of what Jerry did for us

"I think [Jake Heaps] is a slam-dunk (NFL) first round pick. He’s as slam dunk as it gets. I think he’s more talented than any QB they’ve ever had there."
