According to the article, Manny Pacquiao is not willing to submit to 'Olympic style drug testing' for his fight with Floyd Mayweather. I guess they use needles and draw blood up to 48 hours before the fight.

Freddie Roach and Bob Arum said hell no to that. One would think...why won't he submit to it....? But the argument can be made that the Pac-Man doesn't want to potentially weaken himself for the fight on March 13.
