BLAZERS IN 6, Heres Why
The Blazers finished the season on a 21-9 run (since Feb 5th)... that's 71% success. 71% over the course of a whole season would put the Blazers @ #2 in the west. During this streak they had wins over Chicago, Orlando & Miami (back-2-back on road), OKC, LA, & 2 wins against the Spurs & Mavs... Do not mess with these guys. They've got more defenders to throw @ Dirk than almost any other team in the league & Miller is going to own Kidd & Barea in the post. When the Mav's adjust or double for this Miller will kick out to Wesley for 3. I would say the Mavs could simply out shoot the Blazers to victory but they can't, as proven by the fact that on Mar. 15th Dallas shot 60% and still lost to the Portland... the highest shooting percentage of any losing team in the NBA this year. Mavericks get Blazed in 6.
Ppl in Dallas are saying..."garbage Portland team..." that's just ignorant man. Guess even the BS is bigger in TX.

Oden for Emeka Okfur?
When trading begins again in the summer, would you guys welcome a Oden for Emeka Okfur trade??? Just a question, b/c we gotta start thinking trading our delicate center. If not atleast thinking about getting something for him while we have a chance b/c I know a lot of you dont like admitting it but so far a whole season missed in his first yr and now nearly a quarter in his second. Doesnt sound to assuring for us.
*Warning*
This is just a question, I know how a lot of you LOVE Oden so try not being to offended

Nate McMillan perplexed by Oden's injury
http://blog.oregonlive.com/behindblazersbeat/2009/02/mcmillan_among_those_perplexed.html
I think the frustration has reached Nate... I mean come on guys I know you all are going to say ''big men get injured" and then name all these players, but for a ROOKIE whose missed a whole season with no particulary injury that caused it, plus nearly a quarter of the season this yr. I dont know but first impressions are pretty important. On top of that, Durant just quietly does his thing. Injury Free.
PS trade him while his stock is still reletivley high?? what ya think??
