I began blogging about the Mets in 2003 and launched Amazin’ Avenue in 2005 for the then-fledgling SportsBlogs Nation. Amazin’ Avenue has grown into the premier community for intelligent Mets discourse on the web, stressing the importance of evidence-based analysis, subjective commentary, and MS Paint.

I have been interviewed for the New York Times, New York Magazine, and USA TODAY, and I cowrote and edited the Amazin' Avenue Annual, 350 pages of Mets awesomeness. I believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but not to their own facts. Come heavy (with data) or don't come at all.

I also proudly manage the baseball network for SB Nation.
