In a surprise move, both Baron Davis and Elton Brand opted out of their contracts on Monday, making both superstars unrestricted free agents.

I was shocked when I first heard the news, but now it's all starting to make sense. Move over Kobe: the Clippers have a new dynamic duo.

To the surprise of no one, D-Howard, Amare & Chandler led the NBA in dunks this past season. But what about everyone else?

All 353 NBA players who recorded at least 1 dunk in '07-08 are listed..

I have included a few special categories as well: Most Dunks per Game, Most Dunks by Rookies, Most Dunks by Players Over 30, Most Dunks by Players Under 6-4, Most Dunks by a Team, and Fewest Dunks by a Team.

My next NBA State Tournament matchup features a talented Texas team vs. Everyone Else (14 states!) in the West, led by Mr. Big Shot, Mike Miller, and Azubuike!

And it's no contest: I picked Texas for my 1st sweep. After they advance, they are going to face the loaded CALIFORNIA squad for a truly epic battle to see who moves on to represent the West.

After thoroughly analyzing this Texas team, they look incredibly scary. See for yourself...

My next NBA State Tournament matchup features California vs. Washington, Oregon, and Alaska.

The Cali squad is loaded with elite PG's (Kidd, Baron, Arenas), but with 42 active players, I thought their team would be a little more talented.

Could the Pacific Northwest squad led by Brandon Roy and Boozer actually pull off the biggest upset of Round 1?

I've wanted to setup a tournament like this for quite some time now. Serious bragging rights are at stake!

Our second South Region matchup features #2 seed Florida vs. #3 seed North Carolina/ South Carolina.
