Heisman Candidates

After reading the linked list of 2009 potential Heisman candidates that was in FSUncensored's post ealier today (Click here to check it out) it got me thinking about what it takes to be considered a "Heisman quality athlete". Obviously, according to this article at least, Florida State does not have a player on the roster who is capable of being classified as a potential Heisman. Heck, the ACC only had one player on the list!
Here's what I wanna get everyones opinion on:
In your opinion, Does FSU have a "Heisman quality athlete" on the team? If so who and back up your answer with why you think so.
*Note I am not asking if we have someone who is going to make a run for the heisman this year. Just want to get others opinions on if we have players with the caliber of a heisman*
