Currently, I train under the Legend, Rick "The Jet" Roufus in Glendale, AZ at THE LAB, home of UFC Vet Alvin "Kid" Robinson and current WEC Interim Champion Ben "Smooth" Henderson.
Our school is founded by Hoyce Gracie The Lab symbol contains the Gracie seal inside, which Ben throws up in his fights with the "triangle".
