Here are some additional graphs to add to my sumbission for the Chargers/Giants ticket contest.

Watching the Padres lose three straight to the Yankees last summer made me leave NYC with a bitter taste in my mouth.  I can think of nothing better than being able to walk out of Giants Stadium tall and proud after the Chargers manhandle the G Men.

If chosen, I'd fully document the trip and report back to everyone with pictures/video of the experience.

I am a native San Diegan who relocated to Raleigh, NC two years ago.  One of the things I miss the most (other than In-N-Out and Hodads) is seeing my favorite teams play live.  Last June I drove up to NYC to see the Padres play the Yankees (see picture) and the year before I drove to Jacksonville to see the Chargers play the Jags.

I would fully expect to receive harassment for walking into the Giants home sporting my powder blue Rivers jersey...but I know how to handle myself in hostile environments (read:  I won't get you into any fights).  When I sat down in my seat in Yankee stadium, the first words the person next to me said were, "In '78, we would have thrown you over the railing of the upper deck."  Welcome to New York!  Well, I will be prepared for the same kind of treatment, considering the chart below.

I would have no problem taking care of my own transportation and hotel.  I'd probably make a long weekend of it.  My birthday is Nov 6th...so spending a couple days in NYC and watching the Chargers lay a beatdown on the Giants with a fellow Bolts fan would be a nice way to celebrate.
