Hello, I’m Noel Blanco and I write Fitness Philippines. I have been personally involved in physical fitness, martial arts and nutrition for the past decade, mostly by personal studies. I have gained plenty of knowledge throughout those years and am now taking up Human Movement Science at the College of Human Kinetics of the University of the Philippines to earn an official degree. I wish to use my knowledge to help others become more physically fit, live life longer, happier and full of energy, and become more aware of the martial arts.
