Seahawks restructure TE Miller's contract - indication they won't sign Finley?

The Seahawks restructured TE Miller's contract to free up some salary cap space. They also resigned Anthony McCoy and have rookie Luke Willson. I wouldn't be surprised if the Seahawks brought Finley in to pressure Miller to restructure his contract. Not to say they wouldn't have signed Finley, but I think they knew exactly what they were doing.
