Clearly defense is a problem that the Nuggets have to solve. Despite 'Melo comments today that they have to play tougher (and Billups comments that everygame he plans to ignore the refs), Denver needs to solve the Deron Williams problem most of all.  Given that no single defender on the Nuggets seems capable of slowing him down, what do you think the Nuggets will/should do?

I love Lawson as much as the next guy, but couldn't help wondering how good Brooks is. He has Ty's quickness and JResq 3 range, but could be an even better contested 3 shooter than Swish. I suspect Lawson's passing ability (primarily seeing the court) is a lot better. Who would you rather have?

One other little note . .Brooks was drafted one spot ahead of AAA and Landry  (1st pick of the second) was taken four picks later. That is a pretty good finish to the first round.
