A nice gesture by the Bills organization on the Kevin Everett front.

First of all, thanks to Brian for the weekly AFC East roundup. I appreciate catching up on all the information from our rivals around the AFC East and their point of views. So while I was reading about the Dolphins and what they're up against this season I went over to the Phinsider and had a look.

I think that we, as Bills fans, generally rate the Bills higher than what most publications, tv productions, fans around the league do. Its part of being a fan and a homer. It is often referred to as "drinking the koolaid." However, and this is probably comletely biased, but I thought I should bring it up, the Dolphins fans at the Phinsider are drinking koolaid that has something in it. Whatever they are having, it has some extra kick. I think if you checked out their site and read a few articles you would agree. Especially a newer one touting how they are not one of the worst offenses in the league. They do have a very talented and proven offensive squad. (That was sarcastic.)

Also, for the first time, I am really mad about the Bills playing the Dolphins in Toronto. I am gonna miss not being able to be at the Ralph when the Bills kick their a$$. If you dont agree, check out this fanpost from the Phinsider, Dolphins better than Bills

Other Mock Draft

I was told about a mock draft site that I believe prides itself on accuracy. The site, http://www.eastcoastsportsnews.com, lists mocks since 2003. The site's draft coverage, done by Al Fronczak, also ranks prospects by position. I found it interesting to see how his mock picks faired over the last four years, complete with predicted draft day trades.

Interestingly, he has the Bills trading down with Detroit (claiming Millen's relationship with Jauron as a possibility for the trade) and selecting Michigan State's WR Devin Thomas as a player with gamebreaking ability. He also has Thomas ranked as his top WR prospect.

I haven't really seen much footage on Thomas, however, I have seen the youtube highlight vids of Kelly and Sweed. I guess I may check out Thomas now, even though apparently Geronimo notes that Kelly is the Bills top rated WR. On a lighter note, does anyone find it interesting that the Bills are most interested in players with the last names of Thomas or Kelly....and we already have a Reed.
