Our team is finally seeing some progress on offense, but still can't win a game.

This is a rebuilding season, but playcalling has cost us a few games that would have provided  some confidence for our young players.  Alot can be blamed on our QB issues, but Herms the one who had faith in a frail Brokie Croyle.

Herms record in KC is 14-47 , and that's not going to get us a ring ( or anywhere close). Herm's winning percentage has never been above .500 in 8 years of coaching. Since he's been here we've also let go of some players that were great leaders, Hall, Mitchell,ect.

Should Herm be HC in KC next season ? ( He will, but I'd like to see what you guy's think.)
