Herm's winning percentage has never been above .500 in 8 years of coaching. Since he's been here we've also let go of some players that were great leaders, Hall, Mitchell,ect.</p> <p>Should Herm be HC in KC next season ? ( He will, but I'd like to see what you guy's think.)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
