Big game tonight for our RPI/sos. Kansas State is definitely our best win so far, and the win will get even better if K St is able to beat Kansas. Their best chance to do it is at home tonight, so everyone cheer for K St! Unfortunately, a win by Kansas State will push them past us in the polls, but it could actually help give us a better chance at getting a 3 seed. I'm still hoping that Baylor/Oklahoma/Oklahoma State upset Kansas as well, further helping us during selection Sunday.

JUCO SF Delon Wright eyeing six

Found this on ESPN this morning:

"Standout JUCO swingman Delon Wright (City College of San Francisco), the younger brother of NBA forward Dorell Wright, could be an impact player for one lucky school starting in 2013.

And thanks to Brad Winton of JucoRecruiting.com, we have a good idea of which schools could land him. Winton tweeted on Monday that Wright has narrowed his list to Utah, Washington, Washington State, Gonzaga, Cal State Fullerton and St. Mary's.

Wright, an athletic 6-foot-5 guard with a knack for scoring, would be a solid addition for any of the schools listed above. We'll do our best to keep you updated with any further developments in his recruitment."

I think that everyone who frequents this site knows that there are generally two points of view on the TSSF; we are lucky to be the team that we are and should cherish it, OR we have seen the potential our teams have had over the years and want us to take the next step. Regardless of what point of view you have, I think that many of us agree that this team tends to play far below its potential. Sitting at the Arizona game during half time, I know that I wasn't the only one thinking "ok, how close are we going to let them get in the second half?" Its expected that no team can keep up that momentum we had going, but at that point, most elite teams would be able to easily put away another team after building that kind of lead. I would like to know everyone's thoughts on why we have been unable to do that over the years.

Personally, I believe that we are horrible at adjusting to games as they are being played. Its obvious how bad we are at it when you look at how other teams like Arizona, Illinois, and Mich St are so good at it. What is it about this program that almost always leaves so many of us feeling frustrated throughout the season after bad losses and lucky wins?

Nobody has really said anything about it on this site, so i thought i would bring it up. There is a lot of talk about all the early entrees into this years draft because of the potential for a lockout after next season. If a new agreement isnt reached by draft time next year, how could this affect Harris and gu? Especially with our lack of scholarships. Is this something that our coaching staff is taking into consideration?
