My father named me after his favorite running back. The great Chicago Bear...Gale Sayers. Some how he transformed me into a Philadelphia Eagles fan even after I fell in love with Walter Payton and the 85 Bears.

Long story short, I grew up in New England defending my love for the Eagles daily, which has made me a more dedicated and educated Eagles fan now living in the NYC area.

I sure do miss the Buddy Ryan era and Jim Johnson lead defenses
