Hello all, it has been way to long!  I have been away but I am back and with the possibility of football being back I thought it appropriate to start the talk about the pick em league.  I know I was ousted last year early but I plan on making up for that this year.  So I was wondering who is in charge this year and wanted to make sure I can still get in.  Let me know whats up.  

Oh yeah and of course Go Gmen!  Looking forward to getting back to football.  

Whats up Bucs land??  I am Giants fan and a real big supporter of Derrick Ward and I was wondering how he was doing thus far in camp.  He has really worked hard to get starting RB money.  He worked his way into a 1000 yard season last year and also was a great pass catching RB that was a great saftey valve for Eli when he was rushed into making a throw before he was ready. 

 I wish him well.  See you guys week 2.  Good luck the rest of the preseason....

Anyone out there heading to Albany? 

I am heading up this weekend and I am real excited.  This wil be my first time going to training camp.  I figure that I would try and make it to the last camp at Albany.  I hope to continue attending at least a weekend of camp when it is at the Medowlands in the future. 

Also for those who are vets of camp any tibits that you have that could help me out would be much appreciated.

Has anyone re watched the playoff game from last year??  I am putting it on dvd and man is it painful! I really wanted to see where we were and how we need to improve to avoid this for the upcoming season.   

We had many chances, with the great openning return by Bradshaw, drop by Smith in the first drive, PENALTIES which killed our momentum, obviously Eli's pick, and it just goes on from there.... Dockery made a great pick also  

I live in the DC metro area and I was listening to the radio yesterday and I heard that the redskins took the team bowling instead of doing an OTA and I couldnt help but laugh out loud!!!! I mean for those who do not remember TC took the Giants bowling once during the 2007 training camp en route to a Super Bowl championship months later. 

I just thought this was a funny coincidence and I thought I would share it.

I was just watching the nfl replay of the game @ Philly and I noticed Pierce right away and his slowness of foot could catch up with him this season. 

I know it is way early but could a 2010 draft pick be a Mike LB???? 

I also noticed Kiwi also does not look very strong at the DE position.  He was getting manhandled while trying to rush the passer.  I am not sure if this a result of fatigue or injury.  This game was played in I believe late November.  I believe that this one of the reasons that the FO and JR wanted him to play Strongside LB.  I believe that he has the tools and intelligence to play the SAM LB position.

I just wanted to see what everyone does to pass the time in the long and uneventful off season.  I record all the Giants games from the past season and on Sundays in the off season I re watch the games to get my Giants fix.  Just re watched SB 42!  Man that does not get old!!!!!
