If I'm the Pats who I draft. Round 2
Well I posted my first article here earlier and the comments really upset me, I was thinking about not writing here anymore. I got to realize not everyone will have the same opinions so I'll keep going. Now I will answer some questions I had from my previous article. Well I notice someone saying that they would draft Cameron Jordan and Jimmy Smith in the first round. Well one, Cameron will not be avaliable by #17, and our biggest concern is not at CB, so we don't need to draft another CB in the first round. People saying we don't need a WR, not true did anyone see how we played against the Jets? Exactly we need a big WR that will make you move out his way and run deep and thats Leonard Hankerson. Now people were complaining about how we are going to protect Tom Brady, I got that covered. Here's my second round picks.
Round 2 , Pick 33
I'll select: Jabaal Sheard, DE, 6'3, 264, Pittsburgh
WHY: I LOVE this guy's speed, I believe he can be either a Dwight Freeney( maybe over the top) or a Robert Mathis at the next level. My only problem with picking him is his arrest he had and his subpar tackling, but that will be improved. Belicheck is not usually known for picking guys that has a criminal record so I don't know if we'll get this guy but I like him. With 4.68 speed for a DE you can be on my team we'll work you in their somehow, I'd like to get this kid.

Round 2, Pick 60
I'll select: Marcus Cannon, OT, 6'5, 358, TCU
WHY: I so did not want to take this dude so early but there's been rumors that Packers are interested into taking him at #32. So that mean many team may be after him if he lands in the second round, and I can't pass on his combination of size, strength, and okay footwork(can be improved). This guy is stronger than any OT in this class except Chris Hairston from Clemson. I think this is the only OT your going to find with such size and strength that can move like he does, I want him and I want him bad.

Well that was my second round picks, my third round will be later today. I hope these picks were better. You can follow me @GatorsPatsHeat on twitter .
If I'm the Patriots , here's who I would draft. Round 1
Let me introduce myself I'm a new member to Pats Pulpit, but not a new member to SBnation. Im 15, but I know lots about sports, I plan to be a athlete or a head coach, then after maybe a sports analyst. Well let's begin, for the longest the Patriots have been the hardest team to mock in the draft. So I'm not going to mock them, I'm going to say my opinion on who I would draft if I'm the Patriots (this doesn't include any trade up or down).
Round:1
Pick: 17th
I'll select: Mark Ingram, HB, 5'9, 215, Alabama
Why: I know what most of you fans are thinking. ''He won't be avaliable at 17. '' (Kiper) '' We don't need a RB, especially in the first round'', '' No , not another Laurence Maroney ''. Well Todd McShay has Mark going as low as 28 to the Patriots. I'm not really buying that Mark will avaliable by 28th pick. So I'll take him before anyone else does, now I wanted JJ Watt the most but it's very likely he'll be gone before 17th pick so will Bowers, Quinn, Jordan and I don't think there's another DE worth the 17th pick that we can use. So I'll take Mark Ingram because he a prototype, his vision, strength, yards after contact is incredible, with our offensive line I believe we can use him.

Round 1 , Pick 28th
I'll Select: Leonard Hankerson, WR, 6'2, 209, Miami
Why: Ok now I know I'm really going to get alot of heat for this pick, but we need a playmaking WR as well. Since I don't really see a DE we can use thats worth pick 28th, Iike this guy his playstyle reminds me of Andre Johnson. He caught 72 passes for 1,156 yards(16.1ypc) and 13 touchdowns. He runs a 4.4, good speed and he can make short and long passes, I believe he's underrated.

Yes, I know about our issue at DE but that's why we have a free agency and I wouldn't want to waste a pick on a DE with any bust potential, then what's the point of picking them in the first round. I only see JJ Watts, Robert Quinn, and Cameron Jordan without really any bust potential in the first round. Wait till you see my second round picks.
Round 2 picks will continue tomorrow. Please comment your opinions. You can follow me on twitter @GatorsPatsHeat for the latest news about Patriots and other teams.
The Florida Gators 2011-2012 Basketball preview
It has been awhile since I posted on here but I'm glad to be back. Florida basketball team did really good this year despite the Butler lost in the Elite Eight. Billy Donavan did a great job coaching this year , leading this team to a 29-8 record (best since 2007) and 13-3 in the SEC with an RPI of 10 and SOS of 7 , now thats impressive. The Gators are 13-3(best since 2006) against this years tournament teams. Billy is not close to being done yet we have many great things coming our way. The sad news is that Chandler Parsons, Alex Tyus, and Vernon Macklin are all seniors. The good news is that Patric Young annouced he will be back next year and so will Kenny Boynton. Next year , Florida will have the best backcourt in the entire country. With quality guards like Kenny Boynton , Erving Walker and Scottie Wilbekin(some nights), we will have more. A new addition , the reshirted-junior shooting guard from Rugters , Mike Rosario. Rosario average 16.2 ppg and average 18.9 ppg against nationally-ranked foes as a freshman. Rosario average 16.7 ppg his sophmore year. Rosario bring us something we don't have a good free throw shooter (83.9% from the line) and a sharp shooter. You can watch his highlights for yourself here are the links: vs. 1 UNC is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14bNUziizMg&feature=related , vs. 13 Louisville is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LXwg7hziJ7U&feature=related, and when he scored 54 for Puerto Rico in FIBA is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rg5CuZkjm2s&feature=related.

We have another newcomer, high-touted recruit from Missouri , Bradley Beal. Beal is the best shooter in this class without a doubt, most compare him to Ray Allen. Bradley Beal is a 5 star prospect according to ESPN, Rivals, Scout, and MaxPreps , is rated #2 SG and #7 overall by ESPN. He's 6'4 and 205 lbs with a 79' wingspan. He average 32.5 ppg , 5.7 rpg and 2.7 steals as a senior. A 2010 and 2011 Gatorade Player of the Year in Missouri , 2011 McDonald's All-American , and 2011 Jordan Brand All-American.

Now I like all this talent don't get me wrong, but how are going to play these guys? Are we going to be a shooting-oriented team ? Well I'm happy we have a great backcourt but what about the frontcourt ? We lost all 3 of our frontcourt starters, but I'm not worried about the center position , because I believe Patric Young will take care of that. The PF and the SF position are what I'm worried about, guys competing for the power forward job are Erik Murphy, Cody Larson, Will Yeguette, and a newcomer Walter Pitchford. I like Murphy's game on offense , he's a good outside and inside shooter and he has really good post moves , but his he physical enough to play defense against guys like Trey Thompkins or a Terrance Jones? I don't know how good Cody Larson is so I guess I'll have to wait and see what he can do. I like Will Yegette's rebounding skills and he can score in the paint but he has to get a little stronger to be able to guard guys like a Terrance Jones or a Trey Thompkins. Pitchford is the nost underrated prospect in this class only a 2 star by ESPN and a 3 star by Rivals. He reminds me much of Chandler Parsons standing at 6'9 1/2 and still growing and at 210 lbs , but Pitchford is a better shooter than Parsons. I'm not exaggerating watch for yourself here's the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XINQkyBr3BI.

I hope we get DeAndre Daniels because I don't know if Casey Prather can replace Chandler Parsons. Yes I know Casey is a very good defender but can he be a scorer ? because I hardly see him do anything on offense and it worries me. If we dont get DeAndre Daniels then who are we going to start at SF ? We will have a very talent team next year but there are still lots of questions to be answered. Tell me what would be your starting lineup for next year?
*didnt put Jacoby Brissett because Billy hasnt fully confirmed it with Will Muschamp yet
Jordan Reed is the Future QB of Florida
I know it has been a while since I post something on Alligator Army . I know it has been a very disappointing season for most of you gator fans , but you cant go 13-1 every year , you have to have a rebuilding period . Me as a 14 year old , I was a little too arrogant to realize that . I personally thought all we needed was a bunch of talent and we will win . Thats what I learn this year , you can have all the talent in the world , but if you dont know how to use it , it does no good at all ( just look at Miami , for example). That was the problem this year , were not short on any talent what so ever , we was short on experience, and knowledge.
I know some of you fans is calling Urban Meyer an idiot , if you guys are saying that about him that would very foolish and ignorant on your part . This a man that brought us something Steve Spurrier couldn't bring us which is 2 NCAA Championships in 4 years. All we have to do is put our team in the right place to win , and with that I think Jordan Reed should be the starting QB. I say that because he's the next thing to Tim Tebow , he's a 6'3 and 240 pounder as a redshirt freshman , he's actually bigger than Tim Tebow . We have no choice but to go back to the Tim Tebow type of offense we had in 2008 .

Urban Meyer tried , but we are just not a passing offense and this is not a passing conference you have to run the ball to win in this conference thats why Arkansas will never win the SEC. I have tremendous respect for Urban for having so much faith and confidence in John Brantley , even when he makes lots of mistakes , this is not the offense for him. I dont really think John is that bad of a QB i just think he's in the wrong offense , my advice for him is go to a team that runs a pro offense like Miami , USC , Notre Dame , and others. Next year , Jordan Reed should be starter cus he's strong and pretty fast for his size and he can run out of the pocket if its about to collasped. I havent seen a guy like this since Tim Tebow , and we have another Percy Harvin that he can throw it to. His name Andre Debose , he has speed and quickness like a Percy harvin .
So we will be a great next year if we go back to the old offense. I would use Jeff Driskel and Trey Burton for short down situation . The only problem I have with Jordan Reed is he's only completing 54.5% of his passes , but lets hope he works on that before next season starts . Please comment , thanks . You talk to me on email @ quamano5@yahoo.com or youtube @ 0211355.
You Florida Gator fans need to chill !!!!!!!!!!
Look I know that the first game against Miami(OH) was a disappointment , but you people need to chill, I'll tell you why. Look everybody for the last two days said ,'' you guys suck'', or ,'' ya'll offensive line suck balls'', and ,'' you guys gonna lose 3 or 4 games'', uh, no we not. Ok lets address the first issue the offensive line everybody keep talking about , look we didnt have an experience line out there, only James Wilson was starting at the same position he started last year out of the whole offensive line. Marcus Gilbert move from left tackle to right guard to fill in for Carl Johnson absence, and Mike Pouncey move to Center for his brother and he made some mistakes it happens people ,like you never had a bad day before. Our best offensive lineman in my opinion , Xaxier Nixon was also hurt and so was his back up Matt Patchan and Maurice Hurt was not there either so Jon Halapio took his spot and he was a freshman also. Look watch our offense dramatically change when we Carl Johnson, Xaxier Nixon , Maurice Hurt come back and we put Marcus Gilbert in his right position.
As for John Brantley , look he made some very good throws but the wide recievers drop the ball, like the one when Deonte Thompson drop the ball in the endzone. I just think he was too nervous it happens thats why I was happy we didn't play a good team first, but dont put all the blame on him he didn't get much help from the running game because the offensive line wasn't there either so it didnt open up the play action and all that other stuff they ran. Just look at 2008 for example we have the best offensive line in the country no one was missing so it open up the passing game that made Percy Harvin and Louis Murphy affective and even we didn't have Percy Harvin for the Alabama game in 2008 we still put up 30 because we hd an experience and talented offensive line that we run ran all over Alabama and that open up the passing game and that famous jump pass to Riley Cooper. Ya you can't win without a talented and experience offensive line, period.
Now as for our defense , I was really impress because we basically had a bunch of new guys and freshmans out there . Honestly the gators give me that since of last year Alabama team, the Crimson Tide offense wasnt that consistent till late, but they had alot of depht in the defense. Just like us we have a new offense that will get better and a very deep defensive talent with speed. So what if we gave up 12 points to Miami(OH) , Alabama gave up 14 points to a FIU team last year and last time I checked they the defending champions that everyone is hunting for . Look at this way we only allowed 4 rushing yards and Alabama was #1 at rushing defense and we gave up 208 passing yard and , Alabama gave up 214 yards to FIU last year and FIU was a really bad team last year they were 3-9 and we whooped them 62-3 but we were not that good as Alabama at stopping the run we allow FIU to get 53 yards , Alabama gave up 1 yard rushing against FIU. Thats why Alabama dominated the SEC because they can stop the run , what do SEC teams beat you with? Uh I'll tell you thats running the ball and if you can't stop the run you wont win. Do you now know why I compare this defense to the 2009 Alabama defense, if not, I'll explain it a little bit more.

We didn't have our hard-hitting , Will Hill , that didn't stop us. A true feshman came and took his place an play absolutely well he look like a linebacker. Now lets see we loss Brandon Spikes , lets see Jon Bostic took care of that he had 5 tackles and an interception and if anybody actually took the time to look at my ''Defense'' article Isaid that Jon is gonna surprise you gator fans this year. We lost Joe Haden but we have Moses Jenkins and Jeremy Brown , we see much of Moses , but Jeremy sure look fresh getting that interception. We had the most freshman play the first game then anybody in the nation which was 15 freshmans. Ole Miss had only 6 freshman play but they still lost to some FCS team that tells you alot about our freshmans, on defense our freshmens made 34 tackles out of our 65 total tackles . So chill because Urban Meyer said everyone will be back for USF except for Moses Jenkins , but I think we will be alright , so gator fans forget this game and get ready for a great future from the Florida Gators.
GO GATORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Get Ready GatorNation!!!!!!!!! pt.6 The Defense
Hey , I'm back , anyways I'm here to talk about the whole entire defense ( because the season starts tomorrow , so forgive me if you wanted an article of different defense position). See I'm a very confident and calm guy but I'm going to admit , I'm a little worried about our defensive line. I think we have a lot of talent at DE, but still some some questions. I don't blame the media for questioning our defense line especially we lost Carlos Dunlap, Jermaine Cunningham, Major Wright , Joe Haden, Brandon Spikes , Ryan Stamper on defense. This year , I think our defense will be a whole lot better and faster and I'll tell you why.
Even after all we have lost, we still have one of the top 5 secondary in the country. Janoris Jenkins, one of the top 5 cornerbacks this year is back. Ahmad Black was Ranked as the 10th best safety in the country on Yahoo Sports , and hard hitting safety who backed up Major Wright , he is so good that Yahoo ranked him as the number 11th safety in the country , his name is Will '' The Thrill '' Hill. Many people compare him to Reggie Nelson , because he brings that swag of a Reggie Nelson that Spikes brought us two years ago , he hits like Reggie Nelson and he just as athleticas him too. He actually had more tackles then Reggie Nelson did on they sophomore year and Will came off the bench, so look for a very good season for Will Hill.

Our linebacking core has a chance to be better than last year. I know it sounds crazy, but the linebacker core wasn't that fast last year , it was based on instincts and the defensive line creating easy holes to stop the run or the pass. Thats great defensive line last year is gone, we have a good one this year but not a great one, but thats all our linebackers need. Even Urban Meyer , last year said ,'' Our linebackers are not really fast, but they flow really well with the defense'', he wasn't lying , Brandon Spikes ran a 5 flat 40 yard dash. Thats why Carlos Dunlap was a very important part of our defense last year , especially when he was suspended in the Alabama game. Our linebackers need holes to stop Mark Ingram and we didn't many holes so we lost.
This year s linebacking speed is tremendous. Brandon Hicks came off the bench and still contributed 32 Tackles,5 TFL,4 sacks , Jelani Jenkins runs a 4.46 in a 40 yard dash coming out of high school. AJ Jones is not that fast but he 's just like Ryan Stamper , he flows with the defense really well especially when got 3 INT. I love Jon Bostic ( no homo) he is a beast he has instincts like a Brandon Spikes, and hits like Ray Lewis and he has the body of a Clay Matthews III body-look, and he runs a 4.65 in the 40 yard dash , I hope he starts over Jelani Jenkins , cus he has proven he can play college level football.

The defensive line to me is our weakness, but still strong with Justin Trattou and Duke Lemons as starters. I think Ronald Powell will get his time during the the season, along with Dominique Easley ( he's been moved to DE ) . I like our freshman as well, my top 5 freshmans on defense are 1.Matt Elam ( I hope he start at nickel this season) , 2. Cody Riggs ( He will lock your NO.1 guy down , he' ll jump the depht chart this year, you watch), 3. Dominique Easley ( he's big and fast and very physical he reminnds me of Dwight Freeney ) 4. Shariff Floyd ( He is already too big , but he got stronger and lost body fat , he will be insane this season ) 5. Ronald Powell ( he disappointed me based on Urban Meyer's evaluation on him earlier , but I heard he getting up on the depht chart, so he cracked in my top 5).
Let me know your top 5 rookies to watch , we agree to disagree right ?

Get Ready GatorNation!!!!!! pt.5 Offensive Lines
Hey I'm back, I'm here to talk about our strongest and most important position on the team, the offensive line. Personally, I think we have the best offensive line in the SEC and the 2nd best in the country, behind Boise St. . We return 4 of 5 starters on the offensive line, which help the Florida Gators finish 10th in the country in rushing yards , 4th in points per a game, 9th in the fewest sacks allowed. I think we will have a better and more experience line this year, I know you guys are gonna ask ,''but what about the loss of Maurkice Pouncey ? '' look we will do just fine. Maurkice Pouncey, a 1st round pick to the Steelers , was the heart and soul or our offensive line, but we have other guys that can step in and play really good.
Mike Pouncey will take over the center position, and looks really goods at it, even Urban Meyer said ,''Mike is a better center than Maurkice now, but last year he wasnt ready for Center because he's not a good shotgun snapper''. So I'm guessing he can do a shotgun snap now, so with that don't worry about center at all. Now the other positions, I like Marcus Gilbert at tackle, he has tremendous strength and better footwork especially in the running game and he might be a 2nd round this year. I love Carl Johnson and Xaxier Nixon at guard they only gave up 12 sacks combined, it would be less if Tebow didn't run the ball 217 times last year.

I like our probable starter Matt Patchman, he looks good every time he on the field, but he's hurt. I'm not worried we have some depht at this position, I like either David Young and Maurice Hurt to take his position while he injured. They both have very good footwork especially in the passing game and very strong men, David Young weighs 304 lbs and Hurt weighs 320 lbs, but they have some issues in the running game but I doubt Urban Meyer will have the running backs running to the side a lot anyways.
WE WILL BE GREAT ON OFFENSE THIS SEASON TRUST ME!!!!!!!
Get Ready GatorNation!!!!!!!!!! pt.4 Wide Receivers / Tight Ends
Im happy today the season is almost coming. Im here to talk to you about the wide receivers and tight ends. I seriously don't understand why Urban Meyer is so worried about the wide receiver core, this is the most talented and in-depht position in my opinion. I know last year it didn't look like we had a lot of talented wide receivers, because of an inaccurate quarterback, Tim Tebow. Think about it , how is a bunch wide receivers or tight ends suppose to look good ( like the weapons on Arkansas) when your quarterback runs the ball 217 times? I'll answer that only like 1 and if lucky 2 wide receivers can look really good like last year Riley Cooper and Aaron Hernandez . Deonte Thompson is a deadily receiver and he only drop two passes last year, the lowest on the team, but some questioned his talent because Tim Tebow only threw him the ball 29 times; 24 was caught , 2 was dropped and 3 were horrible passes.

Now we have a quarterback with an extraordinary NFL arm that reminds me of a Drew Brees or a Aaron Rodgers that can throw it to anybody and everybody , matter who they are they'll catch it , that takes a lot of trust. Many of you probably never heard of Omarius Hines or #82 , this guy is big for his size he's 6'0 and 219 lbs that's bigger than all of our running backs that's insane and he has very good hands. Don't be surprise if Omarius Hines and Deonte Thompson get the same amount of catches , because if you look at last year, Brantley love using this guy in the slot like Tebow does with Hernandez but not as much. Like I said John Brantley look like a Aaron Rodgers or Drew Brees, because he doesn't throw it to one guy 60% to 75% of the time he likes to keep the defense guessing and make them vulnerable unlike Tim Tebow does. If you disagree lets review in 2007: Andre Caldwell ,2008: Percy Harvin , 2009: Aaron Hernandez,, that's not Brantley just look at the 2010 orange & blue spring game.
I like the move of Chris Rainey he's quick and has good but not great speed and endurance, and he can catch. Let's face it he was never gonna make it as running back with Jeffrey Demps and Emmanuel Moody that better than him on the depht chart. I predict at least 30 catches maybe more but remember he has injury problems. I like our freshmans we recruited , I liked Adrain Coxson the most until he transfer to Maryland because he wasn't cracking the depht chart. Now our recruiting class of wide receivers went from a B+ to a B- with Coxson gone, yes he was that good . I still like Solomon Patton and Robert Clark ,I'm not sold on Chris Dunkley yet . I like Solomon because he has very good speed and he can run after the catch, I like Robert because he's a hard worker and he reminds me of Wes Welker look because he short and he good at getting open. I'm not sure about Dunkley because when I looked at his tapes and highlights ,I didn't really see him run any long routes plays and he's not that good at getting yards after catch so he needs to know how to go long to be able to play at Florida.
As for tight ends, I'm very impress of Jordan Reed athleticism and and speed and yards after catch. John Brantley will be looking for him alot especially in the slot with Hines. I'm still not convince that Gerald Christian is ready for college football , he might need a redshirt to get stronger and faster. Our offense will be raw this year no doubt , we have too much talent at this position , if John Brantley have a bad year this year he is a fail and he can't make any excuses unless like the whole offensive line gets hurt or something. I'm serious, when you guys like Omarius Hines, Andre Debose , Chris Rainey , Frankie Hammond Jr. , Deonte Thompson, Jordon Reed and maybe Carl Moore as your wide receivers and tight ends with that running back core then you should have no excuses to not put up at least 21 or more points every game.
Thats it for now the season is coming so get ready gator fans if you have any questions you can ask it in your comment or email me at quamano5@yahoo.com
Go Gators !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Get Ready GatorNation!!!!pt.3 Running Backs
Im back, in my last piece I had a lot of bad comments that really disrespectful and unnecessary, look if you don't like it don't read it , its not hard. Well today I'm here to talk to you about the Florida Gators running backs. Last year, wasn't our year for the running game , because of distractions, for example : Jeffrey Demps,Emmanuel Moody was hurt during the season while Mike Gillislee was still learning how to be a Florida Gator running back. In fact, Moody only played 12 of the 14 games last year because of injury and did not play against Alabama.
The offensive line was new, it was also Steve Addazio first year as offensive coordinator. I think it was a good move to put Chris Rainey with the WRs , he is an explosive player ,but he is too small weight wise to play running back he is only 175 lbs ,the sophomore Mike Gillislee weigh more than Rainey(190 lbs) and he didn't get a redshirt. Rainey also lacks alot of endurance, he makes a couple of bad decisions and he only average 6.5 ypc last year, he average 7.8 in 2008. I think a guy with that kind of speed, and lots of explosiveness that's not strong enough to play running back should play wide receiver, so very good move by Florida.
Now that Tim Tebow is gone, the RBs will get more carries and show their abilities as a running back. Usually you would see a bunch of RBs have over 100 carries, nope that's not the case with the Florida Gators last year, because Timmy Tebow hogged all the carries last year. Really, how many times would you see a quarterback have 217 carries , Jeremy Masoli only had 130 carries last year and he was a better explosive runner than Tebow. Now that John Brantley is our quarterback , expect a running back maybe two to have over 100 carries for the first time since 2007 with Keston Moore when he had 104 carries, and start to develop a running game.
If our running backs stay healthy we will have the best running back core in the nation.I say that because all these running backs can run 4.40-4.50 speed on a 40 yard dash, except for probably Moody, we also have one of the strongest offensive line when your talking about Pouncey,Gilbert,Johnson,Nixon, and Patchman ( if he is healthy ). See we didn't have a good year running the ball the ball last year and we still had more total rushing yards than Alabama ,3105 to 3011 yds and in yards per a carry 5.6 to 5.0, imagine this year if we stay healthy,we didn't beat them because passing game was horrible. Florida was in the red zone twice inside the 10 yard line on one possession Tebow easily miss his target on a #rd down play when another man was open and the other time a accurate quarterback would have threw it high enough for his man to catch it unfortunately Tim Tebow didn't he threw it way to low and Javier Arenas easily picked that off it was right in his hand.
Jeffrey Demps, will be the starter and will have 100 carries, if stay healthy. The Florida Gators will use Emmanuel Moody a lot this season, especially in the redzone and short yardage plays. I like both running backs, but I like Mike Gillislee better, he average about 8.6 ypc last year better than anybody in the nation , with the minimum of 30 carries. If Florida gives him at least 60+ carries he will have over 650+yds, Mike Gillislee has that 4.45 speed and the strength, I mean he weighed about 180 lbs coming in as a freshman now he's 190 lbs that's really for a guy with lots of speed , he will start next year when Jeffrey Demps leaves hopefully.
Mack Brown Jr. is a incoming freshman with tons of talent, he had 1000yds rushing in just only 7 games in high school due to injury. The only problem I'm worried aboutis his durability , he got hurt all through high school, sometimes i wonder how he'll survive in college, but I think Urban Meyer will figure it out. If he can get stronger he will get more than 8.0 ypc this year.
If I was Florida I would manage the carries my way. I would give Jeffrey Demps no more than 210 carries ,then I'll give Moody and Gillislee no more than 105 carries and I'll give Mack Brown no more than 45 carries that should be enough carries to share out. I'm telling you now if we stay healthly this will be the best running attack Florida ever had since 1996.

Get Ready GatorNation!!!!!! pt2,Quarterbacks
I know it took long to published this, I was busy, but now in part 2 im going to talk to you about each position.Today we are going to talk about the QBs,yes Tebow is gone but that help us in a bunch of ways if you look at it. Last year Tim Tebow and the Gators wanted to help his draft stock and that hurt the Gators a little bit because Tim Tebow wasnt a accurate thrower and he had problem throwing the ball 50 yards down the field, he was not a NFL quarterback ,Josh McDaniel will probably change that. So with us changing our offense ,Tim Tebow was making a bunch a mistakes like the 2 INT against Mississippi State or the bunch of times he missed the open WRs at throw in coverage to his roommate Riley Cooper.

We had alot of talented WRs last year but Tebow running and acurracy couldnt give them the ball, except Riley Cooper. John Brantley don't throw the ball to one person 75% of the time, like Tim Tebow, for example Percy Harvin in 2008 and Riley Cooper in 2009. John spreads the ball like Drew Brees , thats why the Saints are hard to defend and thats why Brantley is perfect for the spread offense.Plus Trey Burton, who many compare to Tim Tebow but faster, will be taking Tebow place as in the 2006 two- quarterback system. He had a 73 yard run against a fast defense now imaging what he'll do to other defenses, if he can be a better passer with a fast throwing motion(unlike Tim Tebow) he can damage Tebows records if he wanted to. Jordan Reed in my opinion wont get alot of snap because he the starting TE so he has enough work to do. With the strong offensive line ,if the WR like Debose,Thompson,Hines,Moore,Rainey and the freshmans like Andre Coxson and Chris Dunkley contribute this will be another special offense that we didnt have in years since 1996.
Get Ready Gator Nation!!!pt.1
Last year was a disappointing year for Florida and the Gatornation for not winning the BCS Championship. The Florida legend Tim Tebow is gone , dont think we will miss a beat at all,we might be better off without him.In 2008 , we had an excellent offense and defense, but we didnt have the pressure on us and our staff was a little new to the system like Dan McCarney (the defensive line coach). Also Vince Bedford(the cornerback coach) and Kenny Carter (the halfback coach) all of them were new to Florida that year so throw that new assistants crap in the garbage ,because that is not gonna prevent us from winning a championship. We good assistants coming in like Teryl Austin(defensive coodinator/cornerbacks),Zach Azzanni(wide receiver),Stan Drayton(running backs),D.J. Durkin(Linebacker) and Urban Meyer will put them under his wing and teach them his ways this year.If you think these are not good addition for Gatornation ,lets evalute each new staff member we start of with Teryl Austin.Teryl came from Arizona Cardinals ,he was coaching the defensive backs, when the team lead the NFL in interception return yardage and touchdowns in 2007 with 551 and 6.Also a team who made it to a the 2008 SuperBowl ,and he also coach the Seattle Seahawks defensive backs from 2003 to 2006.Austin had alot of accomplishments at Seattle, during his tenure in Seattle, Austin was instrumental in the development of the Seahawks’ secondary heavily pieced together through the NFL Draft, mentoring draft picks Marcus Trufant (first round, 2003), Ken Hamlin (second round, 2003), Michael Boulware (second round, 2004) and Kelly Jennings (first round, 2006).In winning the NFC in 2005 in Seattle, Austin's secondary, despite missing a combined of 19 games due to injury, helped carry the Seahawks to the Super Bowl. The defensive backfield was led by Boulware, who in only his second NFL season led the team in interceptions (four) and was second on the team in tackles (73).In 2004, Austin coached a group of Seahawks defensive backs that, for just the second time in team history (1984), had three different players intercept at least five passes and for the first time since 1984, all four starters intercepted at least four. Collectively, the Seahawks ranked third in the NFL with 23 interceptions and collected at least one pick in all but two games. He also coach the league best talent in college like Cato June,Keith Bulluck,Marlin Jackson,Will Allen.Zach Azzanni he coached a group that produced four receivers with 1,000 yards receiving in 2004. Stan Drayton was with us in 2006 so he will fit easily ,he coached Brain Westbrook,Deshawn Wynn,Jerious Norwood.D.J. Durkin coached Justin Tuck and helped the Cardinal rank 11th nationally in sacks per game in 2007 and 2009. Thats it for part 1 stay tune for part 2 ,remember you can follow me on youtube or twitter.
