What the game will come down to - Sacks Allowed
This may scream small sample size, but I found it interesting. Also forgive me as this is my first fanpost and first time digging data, so I'm not very good at it.
We all know that the OLine has been an issue throughout the year. At times they have decent and other times downright awful. I decided to look at sack totals throughout the game and see if we won or lost. Here is the data:
| Game | W/L | Sacks | Yds | |
| @Dal | W | 1 | 7 | |
| @BUF | W | 1 | 10 | |
| @MIN | W | 1 | 5 | |
| MIN | W | 2 | 7 | |
| NE | L | 2 | 14 | *4 turnovers |
| NYJ | W | 2 | 13 | |
| GB | W | 3 | 22 | |
| @CAR | W | 3 | 22 | |
| @MIA | W | 3 | 23 | |
| Det | W | 4 | 10 | |
| WAS | L | 4 | 25 | *6 turnovers |
| PHI | W | 4 | 29 | |
| @DET | W | 4 | 37 | |
| SEA | L | 6 | 44 | |
| @GB | L | 6 | 46 | |
| @NYG | L | 10 | 63 |
Now this data could use more work as it doesn't include hurries or hits on the QB. But what this is showing me is that the more sacks we give up, the more likely we are to lose. We will need our O-line to stop Seattles front and keep Jay protected so he can make the right decisions and win the game.
OT: Chicago Olympics
Chicago was eliminated in the first round of voting. Wasn't Chicago supposed to be in the top 2? And they were eliminated first? That's embarassing. Seems like this is a pipe dream...

Tokyo was the next to be eliminated.
Rio will most likely be the winner. That would be fun to go to.
I guess they are going to have to change the website.
Chicago 2020!
Cubs vs Padres 6-3 Overflow #2
Cubs have taken the lead! Noo that isn't the date, it is the score!! Wait it is the date too... Cubs winning 6-3. Soto and Derosa both have HR. Marquis is out of the game after a bunch of walks, 2 K, 3 ER, 1 Error, 1 balk, and 5 IP. Oh he had a hit too. 7th inning... I don't know what else to say. But I need six more words so this should do it.
GO CUBS!!
Cubs vs Padres 6/3 Overflow #1
So here's an overflow thread because someone forgot to make one. Cubs need to score some more runs!! Your FanPost must be at least 75 words long. Right now it's only 19 words long. If you just have a quote, link, video or photo you'd like to share with the community, try creating a FanShot instead.
