Is it just me or was the excitement at Pebble Beach this past weekend similar to watching cross country skiing in the olympics? Holy shit, it was painful to watch guys just crumble and crack as they approached the end of the round......two 9's ...seriously? When was the last time you saw two guys battling absolutely choke so bad...maybe the british and gold old Jean. Point being, the state of the game is so ho hum right now it's touch to get excited week after week cause there is such a lack of personality going on right now. Where is Bubba? Get the sex addict back out there? Did Phil just fall down and can't get up unless he has his medical alert button? Who would have thought the the anticipation of a serial sexter, home wrecker and overall scum bag was so needed? Tiger truly is the king of the sport on and off of the course and makes everyone around him a better story.......would we have given a shit about Rocco in a playoff if it was against anyone else? We need someone to step up and show us they have a pulse and not look like a deer in head lights when they make the turn into a possible win for the first or relative first time. Simple interaction with the crowd, give a wink, show us you are alive and not sitting in fear of making a mistake. Someone please summon John Daily to teach charisma golf school for the PGA !! Train wreck yes, beloved by the gallery....DEFINITELY !!

Hasn't this trend passed us by? Who in their right mind thinks it's funny to say " it's in the hole" no matter what par the hole is? It should be in the USGA rule book that this particular person who is caught saying something so moronic and not funny be banished to bathroom duty at one of the tour events in the last hour in a rain storm. I swear that if i was even remotely in the vicinity of a person that said some sort or stupid comment like that it would be grounds for a beat down by any number of people standing around.

I guess it could be considered any fan that feels the need to follow the sheep or repeat something that was only mildly humorous the first time it was uttered be deemed that "guy" or "girl" that spent a lot of time at the dungeon and dragons conventions. So, in summation......if you come across this horrific event make it know to that person they are one step away from a 9 iron to the shins !! Take a pic of that person and lets get a blog or recorded people that do this and see what repeat offenders we have out there............please tell me i'm not the only one that feels this way?

Most people including myself only play a couple games on the golf course maybe it has something to do with familiarity or laziness but i always enjoy learning new games as long as the rules are universal !! Nothing worse then having an outing or foursome that wants to wager and everyone having different opinions on the rules of the game they choose !! With that, does anyone out there have some suggestions for games that might have a fun twist and are easy to use with a large group? Thanks
