When Dodger Fans Attack
I've recently gotten back in touch with a friend from high school, and we've discovered that despite our Midwestern roots, we've fallen in love with bitter rivals.
I spent ten years in San Francisco and became a Giants fan and he's lived in LA for a while and, well, didn't.
He's a Dodgers fan.
And he's done this to me.
Vengeance will be mine? Anyone care to help?

Frank assessment of the Giants' chances this season, from a 3-year-old

Couldn't resist posting this photo of my younger son in my Giants cap. I think it properly reflects my feelings about this season.

Baseball podcasts?
Anybody got a great baseball podcast they want to recommend? I've got a new train commute that makes it hard to read (crowded train, standing room only) so I'm looking for some new stuff to listen to.
In my fantasy world, there would be a podcast that is:
~ more about real baseball than fantasy baseball
~ weekly
~ about an hour long
But I'll take what I can get. Any recommendations?
Thank.

Giants on XM Radio?
I'll be moving to Chicago this summer and need to take the Giants broadcast booth with me. Anyone have any experience with MLB games on XM radio? Are the KNBR broadcasts always available, or does XM only broadcast one version of each game?
I've done GameDay Audio on MLB.com, but prefer a device that I can take beyond ethernet range.
Any advice appreciated.

Help me build a wall.
Hey there. I've been lurking since WfB days, but today's my first post -- all this time doing jury duty leaves a man with the chance to focus on what's really important.
Anyway, I want to make a photo montage of Mays Field's outfield wall.
Why? you ask. Because I love listening to the Giants on the radio, but I get hopelessly lost when Jon Miller describes the way the ball bounces off the third (or is it fifth?) archway. Or when it hits off the 402 marker.
I want to photoshop together a picture of the outfield wall so that I know where every arch, sign, poster, and marker is.
Some Google images searches have turned up only one decent image, which covers right field from the foul pole to the fifth archway.
If you've got something you think I can use, send it my way. limzakimbo[at]yahoo/dot/kom
I'll be happy to share what I concoct with any interested parties. Think how good this'll look mounted to the back of your transistor radio!
