This FanPost is for all you proud parents of the Adopt-a-Giant program out there to brag about your children's accomplishments this season (Not your actual children, I dont care about them) (but Im sure theyre great), whether they are in the majors, minors, or front office. I figured it would be a good way to learn about some lesser known prospects and get updates on some of the better known ones.

All-Star Roster Changes
Evan Longoria withdraws due to injury. Micheal Young gets start at 3rd base. Chone Figgins get roster spot. It will be his first All-Star game.
Represent: Giants Fans Most Valuable

According to Forbes, Giants fans are the most "valuable" fans in the MLB. Valuable meaning we spend the most money suuporting our team. It even goes as far as to state that we are decidely better than Dodger fans ( which we all already new).

If you dont want to read the article, ill do my best to sum it up.
To determine the value of the fans, Forbes divided the teams local revenue by the the population of its metropolitan area. This revenue-per-fan calculated Giants fans to have a yearly $78 dollar revenue. (Obviously some spend way more, some spend nothing), which is more than twice as high as the Dodgers pathetic $38. Coming in second were the Brewers with a $73 dollar average.
I thought you might be happy to now we won something.
