What about trading Richard Hamilton for Trevor Ariza and a first round pick or two seconds? Ariza can't be traded yet because he just signed a new contract, but if we are still having troubles in like a month when he'll be available, trade(s) have to be considered.

Ariza can play the 2 and the 3 plus has a pretty good contract, both of which are attributes Dumars likes. Houston would do the deal because Rip would fit well in their system and be a good change of personality from T-Mac.
