Our Chone Figgins??

I like most others feel that we have our SS of the future in Andrus.  That however, along with health concerns have made Joaquin Arias the forgotten man.  At 23, the guy still has at ton of upside.   Arias does have plus defense and speed.  If he gets a little more patient at the plate and continues to hit he could be one of the most valuable future Rangers.  With the ability to play SS,2B, and OF, could he not pick up 3B too?  He takes the place of one of Blalock or Ramon Vasquez's place on the '09 40 man roster?   How do you guys feel?

Closer Situation??

After todays debacle against the White Sox, I think that it's time to consider other options.  I really hope Guardado didn't cool any interest there might have been in him on the trade front.  I know that he's been good so far but, do you think that he can keep up this pace?  CJ Wilson...where to start?  I know that he's got that quirky personallity that so many fans love.  In my opinion, the guy is more suited as a situational lefty or blowing another team's leads.  Seriously, the honeymoon is over.  What should we do??

K Rod??

Rumored to be looking for a 5 year deal worth 75 mill, should Texas make a run at one of the Angels biggest impact players?  K-Rod will be 27 years old.  He is possibly the biggest difference maker on the free agent market this off season.  We could move Wilson to the eighth inning.  This would give the Rangers one of the top bullpens in the league for the next few years.  I know that starting pitching is our biggest need but, with the best available player doctorine JD preaches, isn't this a no brainer?
