Hard Times Cafe in Clarendon and in Fairfax are two of the best "official" Hokies Viewing PLaces around DC. We carry all the games, even the ones not on TV!
It's a great Hokie Crowd always and a lot more fun cheering on Tech than alone in your living room.

Fairfax has plenty of parking out back. Clarendon has plenty of street parking and two lots nearby.
